Great service great selection you can essentially build your AR starting at one end of the shop and have all your parts at the other.”

“I wanted to order our office girls a Stanley vip that had our company logo engraved on it. I had no idea if this was even a thing or if you had to special order them. I was telling the 2 doctors the whole story of the whole process and how amazing and accommodating Lynn was from the moment I first texted him. He never made me feel like I was asking for too much! When in reality, i was asking a lot! At the last minute. He was so accommodating and communicated with me so well. The doctors response was “You really should try to leave him a google review! That would mean so much because it’s obviously just how he genuinely runs his business!”I found his company just by putting in Google maps “laser engraving nearby”. And I saw his hours said he was still open. And when I called the number listed and it went to voicemail I probably would’ve just tried someone else on the list or given up and realized it wasn’t gonna happen. But then i immediately received a text asking how he could help? I asked a lot from him, and he made me feel as if my order was of lost importance. He accommodated my schedule to make sure I got the cups before our Christmas party. When I asked for an invoice AFTER I had already picked up the cups because ai didn’t want him to think I was t going to pay him. His response was “I was waiting for you to approve the product first. I wanted to make sure you were happy with it!” Thank you thank you thank you again!! The staff loved them!”

“I have been an active shooter in the treasure valley for 20+ years, but unfortunately, most gun shops give me a bit of a "holier than thou" vibe anytime I try to talk to them about firearms. I give off a "left leaning vibe" and I know I'm a minority in the 2A community, however, in all the times I have come in to Idaho Arms & Ammo, I have never been given anything other than a welcoming feeling. I've had other customers talk to me about a project I've had to drop off at the gunsmith, I've had great chats with all of the guys behind the counter, and the professionalism and respect that they've shown me every time I come by is why I will continue to bring them my business any chance I can. There aren't a lot of competent gunsmiths that still operate in their own shop, and considering how little I've had to pay on the handful of things I've dropped off, I'd absolutely say they are worth checking out if you haven't yet. Outside of the gunsmith, if you are new to firearms, uncomfortable by a more intimidating retail environment that has live fire, are looking for a little more 1x1 expertise, or are simply 2A curious, I would absolutely recommend a stop by.”

“I was unsuccessful finding what I needed at Cabela's (an anniversary gift for my husband) and decided to try Sportsman's Warehouse for the same item. Sportsman's had what I needed, but not the right size. Luckily, I asked for help, and Chase appeared. CHASE was AWESOME (Meridian store)! Chase helped me navigate through the different Sitka jackets and even called another store for the size I was inquiring about. While he was busy on the phone, I continued to look through the hunting jackets. Chase sent another associate over to me to help with any questions I might've had while he was stuck on the phone. Afterwards, I questioned Chase about a different jacket (still a Sitka), he patiently answered all my questions, and even queried my husband over the phone, to find out exactly what he needed. I can't say enough about how well represented Sportsman's Warehouse is by this young man! After this very positive experience with Sportsman's, I will definitely begin my shopping there from now on, and likewise, I will be happy to refer any friends. Bonus***their Sitka was on sale!”
