Once again I can’t afford to shop here and have no choice but to go else where. $9 for my floss makes me feel like a joke. I won’t come back, I won’t use Kroger pay anymore. I’ll shop one week and the Kroger app will show me how my items has gone $2 up in a week.

I have been standing here in line for over 15 minutes. No one has come to help me. They have helped at least 10 other people. This is not a good feeling. The pharmacy needs to learn to be more professional and customer friendly and not treat one patient better than the other and acknowledge people.Update: Every month I have to battle to get my meds refilled. No one calls me back. No messages to say their done. No auto refill even though I've signed up twice now. Same for my son's medications.I just called, and the pharmacist cut me off twice in one sentence.I will be searching for a new pharmacy ASAP.

You jump through hoops to talk to a person and they hang up on you while you’re asking a question. This happens every time. There customer service is lacking.

I think they mean well, but this pharmacy always has communication issues with every doctor that I’ve tried to use with them. I feel pressured not to call in advance to see if medications are ready because I’m received on the phone as if I’m a burden to them.I witnessed a disgruntled customer in front of me this week and the customer service that was provided by Kellie was not professional. They mean we’ll, but their systems and protocol do not make for a smooth experience.

Perpetually slow. I turned in 2 prescriptions that I was told would take 35 minutes. An hour and a half later I came back and stood waiting for someone to come to the counter so I could pick them up.I waited ten minutes and then asked if there was someone who could come help myself and the line of people that was building because no one was even at the counter and the other woman didn't dare make eye contact for fear she might have to help us.I finally gave up and left without my antibiotics and mouthwash for the tooth I just had pulled. The woman I asked for help had a condescending tone and I hate that.

Bought a comforter last week on clearance, had to use my rewards card to get clearance pricing of 44.00Returned it today and their idiotic machines don't pick up my rewards card. Could not give me credit in store because it rang up 89.00 more than what is allowable for in store credit. I have sent 24,654.09 at fm this year ( yes I just did. My taxes so I know the number)I told them to keep my card. I was done. Lil fat red vest says, " we're sorry"Asked to speak to store director but no! If everyone did that they'd really be sorry. I'm done shopping there!

I think this is the worst pharmacy that I've ever interacted with. First of all every time I've ever gone there theyve treated me like I'm a huge inconvenience. No less than four times. I was told that my prescription was ready for pick up only to show up and have them tell me to come back in one to two hours. On those occasions, I explained to them that I had received a text saying the prescription was ready and that I don't live close to there so coming back in two hours is a huge inconvenience. Could they please just fill it quickly while I wait, ESPECIALLY Since I showed them the text I received telling me it was ready for pick up. They said "sorry but no." Today was the last straw, I walked into the pharmacy at 12:50 I waited in line and when I got to the counter at 12:57 they told me that their lunch started at 1 o'clock and that I would have to come back after their lunch. I said "it's 12:57!!" There was also nobody else in line behind me! I looked at the woman and I said, can you please just hand me my prescription I drove all the way down here. It only take you two seconds, I explained to her that I was on my lunch break, and I did not live nearby, and I would not be able to easily come back. She said sorry our lunch is our lunch ,,, and you'll have to come back after , and then she turned her back on me and walked away. I loudly said "is there anybody else here who can please just give me my prescription!?" They ALL ignored me. I live 20 minutes away from this pharmacy! This is the type of customer service Someone gives you when they absolutely do not give a shit about how you feel or how their behavior reflects on the business. As a business owner, I would absolutely never do this to one of my customers. Not that this person cares but I will never EVER shop at Fred Meyer again for groceries or anything else. Hopefully somebody in a position of authority sees this, and does something about their shitty pharmacy employees.

We have been going to this Pharmacy for years. The new female pharmacist Informed me that she has not had a raise for years and that the discount cards I use Including Kroger's $36 a year plan is more trouble than it was worth. She then went on to say republicans with deep pockets are the ones to blame. Wasn't the first time she shared her rude remarks, but it will be the last. I canceled my plan and moved my entire family to Walgreens. Go back to Washington hun.
