Bought a comforter last week on clearance, had to use my rewards card to get clearance pricing of 44.00Returned it today and their idiotic machines don't pick up my rewards card. Could not give me credit in store because it rang up 89.00 more than what is allowable for in store credit. I have sent 24,654.09 at fm this year ( yes I just did. My taxes so I know the number)I told them to keep my card. I was done. Lil fat red vest says, " we're sorry"Asked to speak to store director but no! If everyone did that they'd really be sorry. I'm done shopping there!

I think this is the worst pharmacy that I've ever interacted with. First of all every time I've ever gone there theyve treated me like I'm a huge inconvenience. No less than four times. I was told that my prescription was ready for pick up only to show up and have them tell me to come back in one to two hours. On those occasions, I explained to them that I had received a text saying the prescription was ready and that I don't live close to there so coming back in two hours is a huge inconvenience. Could they please just fill it quickly while I wait, ESPECIALLY Since I showed them the text I received telling me it was ready for pick up. They said "sorry but no." Today was the last straw, I walked into the pharmacy at 12:50 I waited in line and when I got to the counter at 12:57 they told me that their lunch started at 1 o'clock and that I would have to come back after their lunch. I said "it's 12:57!!" There was also nobody else in line behind me! I looked at the woman and I said, can you please just hand me my prescription I drove all the way down here. It only take you two seconds, I explained to her that I was on my lunch break, and I did not live nearby, and I would not be able to easily come back. She said sorry our lunch is our lunch ,,, and you'll have to come back after , and then she turned her back on me and walked away. I loudly said "is there anybody else here who can please just give me my prescription!?" They ALL ignored me. I live 20 minutes away from this pharmacy! This is the type of customer service Someone gives you when they absolutely do not give a s*** about how you feel or how their behavior reflects on the business. As a business owner, I would absolutely never do this to one of my customers. Not that this person cares but I will never EVER shop at Fred Meyer again for groceries or anything else. Hopefully somebody in a position of authority sees this, and does something about their shitty pharmacy employees.

I bought some coffee at Fred Meyer. Firstly, their coffee grinder was not working properly. A worker came to fix it and when I tried to grind another pound, it stopped working again. When I checked out with my one pound of coffee, I was charged the regular, not the sales price. BEWARE of bait and switch of items at the register.

I had quite a lot of things done, new settings, fixes, had diamonds replaced, new rings, necklaces, chains, earnings, watch batteries and repairs, and appraisals for insurance over the last 20+ years. Everyone has always been absolutely wonderful, friendly, and professional. Everything I have purchased has been of excellent quality, and they always made sure I have been happy with my purchases. I also get everything cleaned there and they check all the settings to make sure there are no loose or broken prongs/stones. I highly recommend this particular Fred Meyer Jewelry Store on Fairview in Meridian! I truly can't say enough about about their good service. They've always treated me very well! I find their services and prices are much better than others to top it all off!

This review is for the jewelry department. I'd been on the hunt for the perfect wedding band for a few months now with nothing really jumping out at me. It also doesn't help that some salespeople at higher end places are too pushy and the prices too high. My fiance and I stopped by here on a whim and after we bought some skyr and fruit and I worked with Lucas. We tried a few on but nothing was looking/feeling right for me then he suggested the one I went with. We had to check and see if the size I needed was available. The system was down so he took down my name and number and he gave me a call to tell me yes it could be ordered in my size. I asked Lucas when he was working next to make sure he got commission. Went in today and Lucas wasn't there but the manager Josh made sure Lucas got credit for the sale and we had some laughs a good conversation while we waited for the computer to print everything out. I can tell the people working this department are well taken care of and I hope upper management recognizes Josh and Lucas for their enthusiasm and hard work. Also, a ring and some groceries and still cheaper than shopping at Albertsons.

Fred Meyer as a whole has really went down the hole. The store layout has made the isles a commitment to traverse. The chemist has wonky hours and stupidly horrible customer service. I won't even go here to let my friends use the toilet. Go to a better spot to get your groceries or scripts.

I have purchased 3 rings from Lori. She has and is amazing. I can't say enough good about her . However, the atmosphere at this store has changed and not for the better. While in the middle of my purchase Lori asked a associate (I didn't get her name, she was a young Hispanic girl) a question and they talked a bit and the girl loudly with a huge attitude said do whatever you want and stomped off!!! Then she and another young associate say at the jewelry counter and played on there phones and were acting like high schoolers. I'm very disappointed. I had to call the manager about the financing and he was so hurried to get me off the phone and really acted like he didn't have time for me .I did comment to him about the other associates behavior, and his response was Huh really! He had no apology or I will talk to them Nothing! I will keep going only because Lori is awesome. I've spent alot of money in that store!! But, will not purchase anything from Fred Meyer Jewelers if Lori isn't there!! Totally disappointed.

Lauren in Fred Meyer's is so kind! I needed to get my wristwatch band sized and with the biggest smile, she says, c'mon let's do this! She removed a few links and it fits perfect now! Thank you Lauren, you made my day! It was fun to talk with you and not feel rushed! I appreciate you and love that Fred Meyer's "IS" the neighborhood store!

I don't even know where to begin. I have purchased two rings here, the 2nd being my husband's wedding ring. Both times, I purchased the warranty specifically because they told me the included engraving with the warranty. The first ring was a fine experience. But the wedding band, after about a year, started fading, like the black ring started becoming silver. We went to the store, and were told that engravings were never covered by the warranty, even though I got both of the rings engraved without paying extra. After battling with this, I gave up and decided that I would accept a ring replacement and pay for the engraving, only because my husband loved that ring. However, I couldn't get my ring replaced by the store, I had to call their customer service. I waited a month for a follow up by email from their team lead Sami Jay, that never came. I sent emails asking for a response that never came. So I called customer service again, who told me they couldn't help with getting my ring replaced, and that their team lead (Sami jay) would reach out in a couple days. 2 weeks goes by, and nothing. I call customer service again, and find out that Sami Jay sent my info to their repair department and that they would call within a couple days. Guess what? No one called. 3 weeks later, I called AGAIN, and no surprise, I'm still sitting here roughly 4 months later trying to get my husband's ring replaced. What a waste of my time and energy. I will never recommend purchases from them, and now I'm going to have to buy my husband a new ring and engraving from a more reputable jeweler, and the warranty purchase was a complete waste. Basically robbed of that money.
