“I found my ICCU experience very pleasant; super easy and convenient.I called, prior to visiting a location near my home, to find out what documentation was needed to establish a new checking account for an estate. The person on the phone had that information readily available and let me know I could either go to one of the branches or I could conveniently make those changes over a video call, in the comfort of my own home. Seriously, THANK YOU ICCU For creating that experience for your customers. BIG shout out to the young lady (KRoss) who helped me on the video chat.
