I ordered through Canva for pickup at this location. Canva gave me a date by which I needed to pickup or they would discard my order. I went in the day before the deadline to pickup my order and they had already shredded it. I’d already paid for the order and FedEx didn’t offer to make it right. They said their policy is to hold it until the end of the month and then shred. This isn’t what Canva stated so partially Canva’s fault. Regardless, I went in at 11am the last day of the month and they had already shredded my order. If you shred orders on a date wouldn’t it make more sense to do it at the end of the day rather than the beginning? I was surprised that they weren’t willing to work with me on a new order since they have clearly been paid for it. They just told me it was Canva’s problem and I would need to contact them.

Was charged 3x the estimated price for a package. Support refuses to say why or give a refund, and the store employees can't help. Avoid FedEx at all costs.

The staff in this store are amazing. I stopped in here to ship a couple of DirecTV receivers back. The woman that helped me was so kind and helpful. She explained the difference between shipping it from there via FedEx in their bulk shipment or taking it to the post office.Even though I decided to ship them from the post office she taped up my boxes very nicely no charge without me even asking. I wish I'd gotten her name. And the gentleman who was helping another customer called for someone else to come help me rather than make me wait until he was done. I really felt like they were customer service oriented employees.A really good experience and those stand out anymore because sadly they aren't guaranteed.

Horrible service. Try and contact customer service and all you get is virtual assistance that doesn’t help at all. When asked to connect to representative, it always says too busy to call in. Call in and it’s the exact same thing as virtual assistance. FedEx is a total joke!

Every time I come to this location the people behind the counter never want to do their job. I walked in asking for help and the employee kept repeating "we're about to close in 10 minutes" until I finally asked him "what does that mean? does it mean that you won't help me or I can't do it?" Finally he pointed at the computer so that I could do it myself and offered no help whatsoever, even though we were looking at them for help. I guess this is what happens when you come to smaller towns; people take their jobs for granted.

Extraordinarily rude desk. I walked in today to get something coil bound. The lady looked at me like I was rude to ask. She immediately responded “there’s a 24 hour turnaround!” In a tone as if to say “how dare you even enter the store.” I said, “oh okay… I’ll just take it by the other kinkos tomorrow...” Then she was angry about that and began ranting at me for their production workload. I just opted to leave. Seriously bad desk service at this location. Like I get stuff cool bound in Nampa all the time. This was just strange

This is the most useless location. If you need to buy a shipping box maybe and only maybe can they help you. Had a prepaid label, they cannot except package because “they are just a shipping store”.If you need to ship something, you’d be better off just about anywhere else.

I had such an enjoyable experience at this FedEx location. Scott was so friendly and helpful. They even cut down my box to save me money!! I feel confident that my package going to N.H. will get there quickly even during the holiday rush. This is much more than just a FedEx drop box or a location in a Walgreens. It's a GREAT FedEx office!!

The place I go to do all my printing needs. If it's fast simple photo prints, color prints for birthdays, schools banners and home framing needs. All I do here. Usually they have plenty of service people so you never wait too long. My only "complaint" will be that some of the staff can be not helpful let's say that. If I didn't have my graphic designer background and if I didn't knew paper comes in different thicknesses and the sizes I need to be specific in my requests for certain prints, it would have been very difficult for me to do that. Some of the staff is wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable and some aren't. Maybe they are just having a tough day who knows. I give them the benefit of the doubt but feel bad for those that don't get helped when they need to print certain items that need knowledge

Very rude employees. They should be fired. I sometimes take packages there on Saturday since Star doesn't have pickups on the weekends. I drive to this location and the employees always have to comment on my shipping. I ship everyday with my company, and have been shipping for years. My shipping is pre labeled and ready to go as is. I have special pricing and shipping with a contract with FedEx and not the store or it's employees. The weights and packages I use follow what I have with FedEx and not the store. I just use the store as a drop off for the driver to pickup my packages on the weekends. I'll have to see if there is a drop box there so I don't have to deal with their rude employees.
