Greeted upon walk-in with no wait. Easily accessible & convenient inside Walmart; had not realized FedEx drop-off location was there. Entire process took less than 5 min. Ashley provided great customer service: helpful, friendly, & courteous.

Will not take packages with lithium batteries which is most of the stuff I need to ship. One star may seem unfair but so far this FedEx spot is useless to me. I have to drive further away which just means more time and fuel.

Due to staffing this location closed. So sad, people don't want to work. Geez what is wrong with people these days! Covid is over and no free checks in mail but no one wants a job.

I was unable to order my items on the website or the app since they weren't working. so I went into the store and Patrick was super helpful as always! and helped me get my stuff printed out. Plus he always give helpful tips for getting things done more efficiently.

This is a good crew. Very helpful, time sensitive and competent.. I have used this location a few times now. This last time I was picking up a large package that they were holding for me, Patrick was so kind. He carted it all the way out to my car.

The center is amazing. I dropped off a package there and Josh and Joey were both so courteous and kind. They were able to help me get my package packed up and shipped out quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys so much.

Paid for 2 day express shipping and for some reason my package didn’t get scanned in and did NOT get to my customer on time when they paid for express shipping! Not ok!!!!
