I accidentally signed up for a monthly membership thinking it was just for one month. Immediately after reaching out through their website to get it canceled they refunded me for the two months I didn't use. I am very appreciative of their customer service and impressed with their ethics.

I love their early bird special. Every day between 7 - 9 am. I do that often. Yesterday they turned a problem into a solution. Their credit card machine broke, so they gave me the wash free. Their problem did not become my problem. Great!
