All I can say is wow. Kendra and Britnee went out of their way working weekdays/weekends/night and day to help me get the loan I needed. Kendra with Evergreen is where it’s at! After receiving news that we had two months to leave our rental home as the owner wanted it back, Kendra was amazing in the way she was able to quickly and efficiently got us into a loan that fit our needs. Corey and Kristy were very easy to communicate with. They responded to emails in a timely manner, and were willing to cross communicate with my realtor so I didn't have to play telephone. They took the time to walk me through everything and slow down to explain everything to me. As a a first time homebuyer, the took the extra care to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting into, and what everything meant.

Corey Newell and Jennifer were amazing to work with. Corey was knowledgeable about all of the new and constant changing programs and was happy to answer any questions, allowing us to feel the least amount of stress possible. Jennifer was amazing at communicating, answering questions, and making all the steps we had to take to purchase very simple. We will absolutely use Evergreen in the future!
