Great communication and always had an answer for me and if he didn't know he got back to me. The only thing that i have to complain about is some documents they kept asking for, but the document only is good for ten days and they wanted it more then 10 days out and they kept asking and asking when i kept telling them it will be no use because it would expire by the time we used it for closing.

First let me say this would have not be possible if it wasn't for this team. They are quick to get things done. We had our house in Utah fall through to sell and Eric and his team were fast to pick us back up and dust us off. Everyone was focused on us like we were the only client. Eric and his team were amazing! We were in a very time sensitive situation (find and purchase our first home in literally ONE month). We talked to Eric for the first time April 11th, we sign on our family's new home May 16th!
Eric talked us through the entire process. He explained what to expect, the do's and don'ts and kept us on the right path throughout this journey.

Eric was excellent to work with! He was patient with running me through every numbers scenario I wanted to explore and found the payment where I was most comfortable. He was able to explain financing details clearly while also having the experience to elaborate where I had questions. He also provided video recordings of our conversations for later reference through secure means. He wasn’t pushy and yet always willing to help address any questions and respond in a timely manner.
