The purchase of this home was the most stressful and expensive I have dealt with. We were told by the sellers realtor we had to use this title company and that was a big mistake. We had multiple charges for services we did not use and when I called to ask about the charges, I was told it is just common practice to charge everyone those. I was not given the keys at closing, nor my HOA handbook although I had to pay them for that. I was also not given a list of who to contact as far as the utilities and getting things transferred in my name. The day I was given my keys I moved into a very unclean house with dust, dirt, debris, dead bugs, glue on the floor and windowsills, a broken door etc. as well as no running water. When I called about the water which happened to be emergency services, I was told the water was turned off due to the builder being months behind on payments. It was a holiday weekend which meant I had to wait until today to try to get things switched over into my name , I had to pay the balance so I can have water. This has been a nightmare, and I definitely would not recommend Kenna to anyone as her customer service is not where it should be. I will add that many other people in that building. I will say others I saw in that office seemed very friendly and even smiled, unlike who I dealt with.

I just closed a transaction with Empire Title. It was the first one I have worked with them on in quite awhile. Melissa and Tiffany were good. While it was a pretty quick and clean transaction I think I am used to a little more communication. Nothing bad to say- they did a great job. Thank you.

My wife and I loved working with Empire Title! Especially with Lynn Watkins and Baylee Tucker! They both were amazing and really helped put our minds at ease as we were purchasing our first home. They are friendly and professional and always responded in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone we know! Thanks again Lynn and Baylee you are the best!

The work is professional, clear, and efficient. I could not ask for more during the transaction process. Good location and neat office. Plenty of parking outside and everyone was delightful. Natalie was very kind and helpful. The Thank you card in the mail was such a nice gesture too. Thank you Natalie!

Best title company in all of Idaho! Hands down Natalie, Julie, Sara, Bailey, Ashley and so many more great people that truly care and don't look at it as just a transaction and they make sure you're well taken care off. No need to shop around for other title companies because you'd just be wasting your time.

I have closed with Nextitle for the 4th time last week. I had a great experience as I always have. I refer clients to them whenever I hear of someone doing a RE transaction. Hats off to these guys!

Meh....So many other choices in the Valley. I am a RE Professional and I always get errors and excuses at NexTitle. I'm sure there are some good individuals, but save your money and buy a lottery ticket.

Not impressed. An error left us receiving over $6000 less than NexTitle's original closing statement. Their local commercials sing the lines "it feels like family here - it goes faster here - it goes smoother here". Not in our experience. Bring your calculator and ask questions.
