He listened to my situation as I explained what happened and the current condition of my phone. Afterwards he assured me it could be repaired. I hoped he was right, so I left it there. The next day I got a call that my phone had been restored. Just needed a new screen. About $100 and I had my phone back. Brett did a great job. Excellent customer service.”
