DXL is amazing and Chelsey was a lifesaver! I have a wedding coming up and had gone to Men's Warehouse for assistance and was treated horribly (understand I am a larger individual but had been assured by Men's Warehouse they could work with me). I then found what I needed online at DXL's website and went to their Meridian location to get measurements done, Chelsey was working and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! She new exactly what I needed and helped me pick out the perfect suit jacket and vest, and gave me information on getting it altered locally so it would fit perfectly! Chelsey was beyond helpful and friendly, I cannot recommend DXL enough!!!

My experience here was great! The store manager was super kind and did everything she could to help us. I will say, she is completely over worked and disrespected by this company. She was completely alone and had been it seems like for a while. I would know this, because I also work in the same complex. It is unfair and unhealthy to expect any kind of associate to be running a store during business hours, every day, all day, by herself. She is not a robot. Shame on you guys for expecting her to be and treating her like she is one. Get some help in there to keep the store open every day during business hours or, give her a break and take the hit. Care about your people more and maybe y’all could keep a staff.

2nd time I've been to this location and a sign has been up on the front door saying the staff has to "step away" until such a time later during their regular business hours. This is unacceptable. My life is too busy to drive here and not be able to take care of the business I need to conduct.

Your shipping USPS changed the delivery date from May 25th to the 30th. It was in Nampa postal office on the morning of the 24th of May, NOT HAPPY

The establishment is run by women who are on a power trip and have no idea how a business like this should operate. The worker known as Michael should not be allowed to interact with customers because he lacks the proper understanding of how to treat people. If you want experienced, kind, and patient individuals to handle your shopping experience, don't come here.

I've been going to this Store for about 5 years! I'm built like a Football Player! I've gone to "Big & Tall Brand(r)(tm) in other parts of the United States! Now I can shop easily and conveniently at DXL, right by ""The Meridian Village," Outdoor Shopping Mall.""My mother Barbie was kind enough to buy me," a Blazer, Shirt, and Tie for a Valentine's Day 2023 Semi - Formal Party Here. The Salesperson "Brandon" and his Father helped me pick out the Blazer that "I Wanted," not what stuffy Old-School Etiquette Rules or Stupid Fashion Trends dictate. I really liked Brandon since then. He has helped me find and pick - out Sweatpants, Hoodies, and Work-Out clothes!I lost my tie for my Sunday Best to Wear to Church at "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints," while moving from "The Bench Neighborhood" in Boise (in zip code 83705) to a humbler location in Meridian Idaho (zip code 83642). I don't believe that most people who live in "Basic Country & =Western - Style-Starter-Homes" ("commonly known in pop culture as "Trailers" or "Trailer Parks"") shop at DXL, but they should! I will put up a picture of me in my new tie Sunday! Wait for it!Scott alias Dot.Anyway, my Mom "Barbie " really liked Brandon's Father, but when I Upgrade to a better, newer Suit & Tie, I'm defiantly headed to DLX BIG + TALL!!! and ask for Brandon again! He, obviously, didn't remember my name, but recognized me. Brandon always asks me "Would you like anything else!" and says "See you next time!" He's a good man!
