Love this business. Our first time shopping, friendly staff, no pressure sales assistance, down to earth workers, and was not overwhelmed by chemical off gassing like many other furniture stores.

They had exactly what I came in looking to find, three stools that I needed to complete my set of kitchen barstools. The lady who helped me was polite, informative and they helped me find my items and get my transaction completed and helped me load up my car within a quick ten minutes. The easiest errand of my day! Their new storefront looks gorgeous and they’ve done such a good job. I love this furniture store

If you’ve been in Downeast Home then of course you already know that the furniture is beautiful. But if you haven’t then stop your search. This store has beautiful, great quality furniture pieces. My husband and I were in the market for a new sectional we were so happy with the options that Downeast presented us. But more than anything we were happy and impressed with Emma and Harry. They helped us price out exactly what size would work for our family and were very very very patient in helping us sort through our different options! Never once did we feel bothered and/or pressured to buy or rush. Two quality employees, Downeast is very lucky to have them.

Went to the clothing store to buy something, yes it was 4 minutes to close. The doors were locked. Your employee let us in, and I told her my husband and I would be fast. At 7:59, we were ready to checkout, but your employee let us know that the registers were closed and we would have to come back tomorrow. I’m having a hard time understanding how a company can stay in business when employees are so willing to close their shops early. I won’t be back. Ever.

I always find the cutest modest dresses and the staff is helpful and accommodating. I hate shopping, for many reasons, but I always feel welcome and comfortable here.

I’m not sure what downeast was thinking here… they went from this super cute store in meridian and downgraded to 2 separate stores for home and clothing, in a much more ghetto area of boise. Not to mention the workers seemed much more annoying in this clothing store! I felt like I was being interrogated while i was looking for something to exchange a top i got. They also opened later than they said they would. And were extremely rude to my mom when she went in to exchange my top (on the day the sign said they would open!) and they were still not up and running. Which is fine, but they certainly didn’t have to be rude about it. Will be doing my shopping here from now on when i’m down in utah. Much more classy there!!
