I bought my husband a custom cross necklace that looks just like the one from the Fast and Furious movies! My husband has dreamed of having this necklace since he was 11 years old and Neil hit it out of the park!!! The details were perfect and my husband loves it so much!I can’t say enough good things about Neil! He was very polite, extremely professional, and really made the whole process so easy! The first one he had made wasn’t exactly how we had imagined it and the design was wrong. Neil immediately corrected the design and had a new necklace made for us! I will always recommend Neil to anyone who has any jewelry needs/wants!

My husband’s wedding band broke a couple years ago, and I wanted to replace it. His band had gold in it from his grandfather’s ring, which we wanted to include in the replacement ring. It was hard to find a jeweler who would do this. I reached out to Neal at Diamonds by Appointment and he was quick to accommodate my request! He was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had. The wedding band turned out even more beautiful than the original! I highly recommend his business if you are looking for a good jeweler!

I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring and Neal was absolutely the BEST to work with. He is so knowledgeable and has an amazing selection of rings to try on. He did a custom design for me and I and so thrilled with the result. I love having the rendering and 3D printer options to be 100% sure before ordering. He was so patient through the entire process (I changed my mind a lot) and there was never any pressure. It was so refreshing and FUN! Highly recommend Neal!!
