Neal is as very responsive. He was willing to listen and understand what I was looking for and what I had concerns about. Then once we were on the same page Neal delivered with gorgeous high quality diamond earrings within the price range I was comfortable with. His turn around time was quick. Neal is the absolute best! He has a lot of knowledge and was able to help me pick out a ring that was affordable based off my budget and the different styles that my girlfriend has wanted. Neal was the absolute best! I was referred by a friend in Idaho while I’m living here in Utah. I sent Neal the photos of the rings that my girlfriend liked. We made the drive up there and he had the exact engagement ring my girlfriend wanted! We then made customizations on that ring and once the order was placed, I got the ring less than three weeks later.
