Service and price was ok but the movers, obviously not professional, put a large gash on my new home door frame and they pushed the standard couch into a standard room. They could have padded the metal leg frame but chose just to force it. Said just to sand it down and paint it. Wouldn’t buy anything that would need to be moved into your house.

The salespeople are great. Glenn helped us. He was still a new hire but made sure all our answers were taken care of. We bought a small recliner for me, perfect size and very comfortable. It was a reasonable price, too. We also bought a mission style wooden dining set. Perfect! We'll be back. Mr. DeMeyer introduced himself to us and treated us like close friends. Ask for Glenn!

Had a great experience from showroom to delivery. Everyone was helpful and the purchase and delivery was smooth. The 2 delivery guys worked with me with delivery and were very professional.

This is a great store. I've purchased several couches from here and most recently bought a Tempur-Pedic bed set. Nikki is wonderful and so easy to work with. Highly recommend asking for her for any bed or other furniture purchase.

Trevor McIntosh at DeMeyer's was amazing. I went in to ask questions about mattresses. I was only gathering information but not buying. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in mattresses to me and never tried to influence which one to buy. He told me pros & cons about the mattresses plus he went over the warranty information with me. He never once pressured me to buy. He encouraged me to take my time and to come back several times and try the mattresses to make sure I knew what I wanted & to look at reviews on the mattress. I plan on going back and requesting him for others items I will purchase at DeMeyers. It is a well run business and I am sure all the employees are just as amazing.

We purchased a sofa and loveseat and the salesman was really good . We paid to have it delivered and we ran into a little glitch where one of our sofas which was electric did not have the cord and the other sofa had some electrical short in it . They did work hard to resolve the issue and found us a cord and brought it out . We explained that we were leaving the next day to go on vacation for almost 3 weeks and that we would have to wait until we get back for the repairman to do the job on the short on the other sofa . We sat on the sofa two times before we left and realized that the electrical sofa wasn't going to work for us because it was too slow for us to be able to get out of it . I contacted the company to explain that we wanted to exchange it for a manual sofa and they said they only had a 48 hour return policy I explained to the manager that he should have on his record that we were not there and we're leaving but he still stuck by his 48 hours to make an exchange . I'm not trying to be unreasonable or a Karen and I understand policy is policy I just guess I wish I knew this before I purchased it because I might have went ahead and went with RC Willey which is a company I've used on many occasion and would have totally accommodated this . I'm only bothering to mention this just so other people know to make sure you know a hundred percent that you're going to love what you buy with this company because it's going to be yours until it breaks down . Also you might want to consider before you purchase an electric couch how slow it moves especially if you need to get up in a hurry . LOL

We bought a furniture set, great service. After sitting on it for the weekend we didn't like it all. They said we could exchange it. We now have our new sectional we love. They we're so nice through this whole process. Thank you DeMeyer for your great service!

Mike was awesome helping us pick out our new table and chairs. We ordered a custom table and chairs and Mike made the process easy and simple. Demeyer has a great selection of home decor as well but that will be for another day. Very happy first time DeMeyer customers.
