I bought a Stihl ms170 for limbing back in June. I used it twice when it started bogging down and stalling. Took it to the shop yesterday only to find out that Stihl warranty does not cover carb issues. I have run less than a tank of fresh non-ethanol fuel in it. I am using the same can of gas in my ms271 and Stihl weed eater and blower with no issues. Not really happy ATM.I just read the limited warranty on the Stil web site. NO WHERE in the exclusions does it state that fuel/carb issues are not covered unless it is +10% ethanol or mis use. They ran the saw for at most 20 seconds and declared it need a new carb, They flat out lied to me. Will never return to this store.v. Repairs made necessary by gasoline containing more than 10% (E10) ethanol content (i.e. E15, E25, E30, E50, E85).ix. Repairs made necessary by normal wear, improper maintenance, improper lubrication, improper storage, dirt, abrasives, impact, moisture, water, water mineral deposits, rain, snow, freezing, rust, corrosion, varnish, stale fuel, gasoline additives, fuel deposits, carbon deposits, oil deposits or other similar conditions.

Very clean and friendly store. It is surprising at the amount of product variety there. They are expensive on many things and fair priced on others. Overall a nice store to shop in.

With reference to equine tack, supplies, and general, the store has high quality products. If you're selective on feed, your best bet is to buy direct from the manufacturer. For a general buy the store is perfect. When showing or competing, I would go to a store that suits your discipline. Human clothing for the Western discipline is awesome, together with boots in general for kicking around. Again, if competing, I would go to a specialty store. In general, this store carries most products as high quality for your daily equine needs.

The best quality plants, trees and flowers. And the prices are surprisingly affordable compared to other stores. I am not a frequent buyer, but everything I bought here is a bullseye.

Went in for a new lawn mower. First time at a D&B after having always limited myself to big box hardware stores. Not only was the price for the model I wanted cheaper then the blue and orange stores, they filled the tank, filled out my registration card, and loaded it into my car. They have earned a new customer

Great place. If you have horses or other livestock, then you already know about D&B. They also are a very decent hardware, clothing, and tool store carrying many things that home depot and lowes do not. Though the big-box stores and Ace are where I go for most things, for some items, D&B is my first and only stop. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some things can be purchases at a lower cost on Amazon (such as a pet fencer), but most are competitively priced. I've really only been to the Merdian store so can't comment on the other ones

Went in to JUST look at pistols(me and my WIFE) but the older man kicked us out, yes kicked us OUT, because my wife was looking for a pistol and the old man thought she was going to buy a gun for me, him thinking I couldn’t legally get one(I can legally own and purchase guns). He didn’t even let us look at any thing else and demanded we leave, extremely rude for no reason. I understand that they have to use their judgement but when we are the only Hispanic people there it felt very sad to see this man treat us the way he did. Iv been In before multiple time and anyone with comen sense can tell that the way he deals with different race of people. I could care less for this store but when anyone denies a US citizens from their right to bar arms is where I draw the line! His behavior is unexpectable!
