I had planned to put in CTC's fiber but the customer service was so very poor that we couldn't follow through. They promote their customer service, but beware. It is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. I ordered the service and they scheduled a time to come by to install in the the afternoon. They came in the morning instead, when I had another appointment and they were insistent on starting their work early while I was gone, so we agreed that they could go ahead and run the line to the house but they were not to bother my wife or knock on the door before I returned from my appointment. They didn't listen to my instructions about this at all and they bothered my wife and insisted on coming into the house while I was gone. My wife called me to tell me they had come into the house. I hurried home and was available to help them complete their work. They took over the house like it was a new construction project. I told them to please stop running roughshod over the house and just tearing thing apart and looking for wires, as I knew how the house was wired and could explain it to them. I had to be pretty forceful in telling them to please stop what they were doing and talk to me. I told them to quit unscrewing outlet boxes and looking for wiring so I could explain what to do if they would just tell me what they were looking for and how they planned to set things up. This was not pleasant, as there was no respect on their part. As we talked they told me where they were going to need to set up the main box which was on a different floor and far away from where I needed it to be. I already had a Sparklight box where I needed it to be and Sparklight had been very accommodating in running a wire to that part of the house. These guys with CTC said they were too small of a company to get their cable to where my Sparklight box was and they would have to put it in a place where it would do me no good. I told them how easy it would be to get a cable to that part of the house. They agreed it could be done, but they weren't interested. They continued to be aggressive so I had to finally tell them to please leave. This is the interesting part - they went back to their company and bad mouthed me saying I wouldn't cooperate etc and the company didn't even call me to find out about my experience as do all legitimate and respectable companies. I called to ask about something and the person on the other end was rude and told me they had said they couldn't put the service in because I wouldn't cooperate. They didn't even ask me what happened, weren't interested in improving the customer experience. They were rude and painted me as the bad guy and weren't interested in how they might service my home. In the end it was pretty clear this was not a company I would want to do business with until they mature a bit in a few years and their customer service improves.

Terrible customer service and very slow wireless internet even though we have been paying over 115 dollars/month to get the highest internet service they gave. However, the internet cannot even open a simple webpage. Very disappointed.

Do not sign a contract to use this InCom!! They promise services that they don't deliver on, their phone services are constantly failing and your company is left with no help and no phones. Go with a company that does not demand a long term contact and keeps customers based on service and quality, not on threats to sue.

The best customer service I have experienced in a long time! The are proactive and sense your needs before you even know you need something. If there is a concern they go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. You get to know them as people and not just someone behind the curtain. They truly care and want to help your company succeed. I would recommend Incom to all of my family, friends, and professional network!
