Initially if I could give a zero, I would have. I recently purchased some items at the Meridian, Idaho location that I ended up not needing. When I tried to return, with my receipt within 30 days per their policy, I was refused because they were supposedly “clearance” and sales were final. I was not told the sale was final and nowhere within their receipt or website indicated I couldn’t return with an original receipt. I asked for the supervisor, and when I explained no where in their policy does it say I can’t return she was extremely rude and condescending. She kept repeating that she’ll do it this one time but she knows all her employees explain. So, she basically called me a liar.Update: I received a call from one of the owners who listened intently, apologized and made things right. I will continue to shop there and support a local business.
