So far so good! Competitively priced, super clean. They even offered a courtesy shuttle just to make things a little easier on customers. Michelle was super friendly and helpful as well.

Always the best experience!! I have been ripped off in the past with fictitious car repairs. BUT NOT HERE. They are restoring my faith in the auto repair industry.I had fuel dripping off the bottom of my truck when I pulled in my garage. Fumes were horrible. I took it to Christian Brothers. They couldn't find anything wrong nor evidence of a leak. Come to find out that I had driven thru a fuel spill from a construction truck, leading to the smell and appearance of leaking fuel. Thank you Christian Brothers for not repairing something that didn't need repairing!! Highly recommend!!

SAVE YOUR TIME! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE!! Detailed review of insultive, unprofessional manager, Perry, and the promised service on my car that they neglected to even look at. (TL;DR at bottom)I went to Christian Brothers on McMillan for an oil change and electric diagnosis for a broken headlamp on 02/08. Later that day, I get a call that my car is ready to be picked up, however the key is stuck in the ignition."No problem" we think, could be fixed with the power steering trick. We arrive to find my gearshift button locked in place, able to move freely from Park, to reverse, to drive without any press of the button. Upon confronting Perry about this, he told us, "Well, that's funny. When I got in your car, it was already like that." Which is impossible due to us handing the key over the counter upon initially servicing my vehicle. His attitude was smug, and condescending, acting as if we were liars, attempting to scam him for a free repair. With the gearshift button locked, the key cannot be removed. His story didn't add up.(***Not to mention they wished to bill us 600$ for its repair***)We go home and call the next day. Perry wasn't in so he called me when he could. When i got the call, he said, "Now I got one question for you... Do you think we broke your gearshift on purpose?! Or do you think it was an accident.."Of course an automotive place wouldn't destroy my vehicle purposefully?? He was aggressive, stern over the phone, and I wasn't having it. We agreed to talk in person, and upon arrival, he was smiles and rainbows, asking me what I wanted to do, because he outright refused to pay for a used part. He claimed that, "Accidents happen, it was bound to break." which I recieved and gave a chance to.We agreed on an ultimatum to have my car kept over the weekend, and that my gearshift would be serviced first thing on Monday (08/12) with lubricant, free of charge. Regardless if it was still locked in place or not, we'd take the vehicle back.Monday rolls around (today) and I don't recieve a call. It was now 4PM and I've been waiting since their opening of 7AM. I give them a call, and they say they'll call me back about my vehicle in a moment.We wait 30 minutes, and decide to go there ourselves.Once outside, we finally recieve a call that our vehicle has NOT been looked at, and are requested to wait 1-2 days to simply lubricate it. TO LUBRICATE IT. We deny their request, have them jumpstart my vehicle, and when entering to recieve my paperwork, Perry is in the back office, visibly doing nothing.I tell him, "Thank you for promising to work on my vehicle, though you never did. And thank you for giving me a call this morning, which you didn't do either." To which he simply smiled and gave a thumbs up.Never again. I've never recieved service from such a childish, condescending, dishonest manager in my life.Meridian Automotive offered to service my vehicle for 125$ vs the 600$ that I was attempted to be charged.For your own time and sanity, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!Edit: We fixed the gearshift after 5 minutes of work. This shop truly is a rip off. They bug your car just to fix it later at an outrageous cost. Additionally, their 213$ electric diagnosis did absolutely nothing. They never discovered the problem and my headlamp is out after 5 minutes. Talk about a 260$ full synthetic oil change for what my money's worth..(TL;DR: They broke my gearshift, The manager Perry lied about my vehicles condition upon confrontation, kept vehicle over weekend to lubricate gearshift on Monday morning, they NEVER DID, told me to wait a few more days to lubricate a single part, and upon confronting Perry about his false promises, he gave a smile and thumbs up.)
