I like that a couple of the tellers remember my name when I go into the bank. I don't have very much money or go into the bank very often. They treat me as if I had a large amount of money

My mom recently has had some banking changes and she does not like to deal with the bots on the phone nor does she know how to navigate the web to log into her account. I've accompanied her on several trips to the Chase branch inside the Fred Meyer and we have had on one interactions with everyone. If Jordan is there, go see her at the teller bank. Jordan is personable and very friendly and so is Natalya. The real MVP is Brianna. She's at one of the desks to assist with account openings and more complicated issues. She was able to help my mom on a number of occasions especially when no one else knew how. Banking is very personal and it takes a special type of person who can provide empathy and at the same time stick with the corporate guidelines such as Chase. Our experiences at this branch with the above listed employees have been nothing short of excellence.

Excellent customer service at this location. I was assisted by a Mr Michael McFarlane who was professional and very helpful. He assisted me with opening a line of credit, making a deposit, and helped get some information on loans. Also, while filling out paperwork he taught my 3-year-old how to read! Incredible AAA gold star service!!!

Michael is the new accounts representative and he is amazing. He is intelligent, professional and courteous! This branch provides outstanding customer service. I drive from Eagle, Idaho to the Meridian branch for the reasons stated. Unfortunately, the Eagle Branch at Chase does not deserve an honorable mention. Rude, incompetent and disrespectful.

Multiple bad experiences with depositing money that was not made available to me. They have all these policies that they don't share with you until after. Once again I've given this bank money that I don't have access to. I can't wait to close my account and never bank with chase again.

Horrible service. Wouldnt cash a $300 check from Chase, let me point out, because of my name on my ID was slightly different. Didn't even try to use common sense. That's why I use Idaho CU, out of state banks are ridiculous.
