I just recently opened a checking account at Chase Bank I'm really not sure its working for my wife and I. I didn't receive any checks and then we were told the checks are $20 and I am thinking what the hell .........The bank itself is a little hard to get in and out to Chinden ave. There's a helpful staff but just on certain things, it also seems there are much more employees working than the other banks I use maybe fifteen or twenty employees. The bankers are aways booked up with customers. I had a couple little problems with my account and they couldn't help help because the computers were down. So ill have to try another day and give it some time......the adventure goes on..........if this helps please give a ?like.............

I had specifically decided to go with Chase for a business checking and savings account for a new business on the assumption that, because they have a branch close to my office, I could go in if I had any problems. I ran into some trouble signing up online and went to the branch. I walked in and no one greeted me. I noticed a man and woman watching me from one of the glass offices with no apparent desire to see what I needed. The woman was surprisingly rude and unhelpful. It was even less the fact that she didn't solve my problem and more the lack of interest in my situation. What a miss. I will definitely not be bringing my business there.

Anyone can deposit a check into your Chase account, but NOT cash. Interesting policy for our "protection". Looks like my business account will be walking next door for my "protection".

I think the management and staff are incredible some of the best customer service I have ever had they make me feel like I’m part of the family all the way from the manager to the teller Great customer service. As a matter fact I go to the Eagle bank on state and eagle even though it’s out of my way to get great customer service and have a smile it’s worth the drive!!❤️

Never too busy of a bank, so wait is usually minimal or none. However if you are in need of a more personal service they have their "Private Client Bankers" and I highly recommend Tyrone Kerby.Had a timing/staffing issue with tellers, 1 email and a call in minutes - problem solved. It was very much appreciated, Tyrone was on it. He's helped me several times.

I've always had good service from the friendly staff here. In particular, Kinsey and Joshua were both extremely helpful when I needed assistance recently. Nice, big branch, very clean, and staff still wearing masks, which I appreciate (the pandemic isn't over yet). Thank you, I'm glad to have you as my local Chase branch!

This specific branch stands out because of their exceptional professionalism and customer service. It almost feels like a different bank (relative to other Chase branches) because every staff member is so much more friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working than I have experienced in the past.

I walked into this branch today and I was told they could not help me due to an upcoming Ribbon Cutting event in 15 minutes. First, we had 15 minutes, which was more than enough time to complete a 5 minute inquiry. Second, you're open so you should be serving customers. Unacceptable behavior for any business but for a bank it is truly worrisome.
