The associates were not only kind but they answered the phone when I called, and also incredibly swift in assisting me with the rental process. Returning the car was a breeze, even at 3am, making the entire rental experience hassle-free. I highly recommend this Avis location to anyone in need of a rental car. The car itself was spotless and drove perfectly, adding to the overall satisfaction of my rental experience. Thank you, Avis, for providing exceptional service! One suggestion: pls put up lighting in the parking lot for after hours returns. It’s pretty dark over there at night.”

“The drivers were exemplary in everything that they did the night that I was feeling really miserable. They were professional, knew exactly what they were doing, very very considerate overall FANTASTIC!!!!!! They escorted me all the way to my chair and made sure I was safely seated. My husband and I ordered a pizza party for the gang at 3604 Banner Ave in Boise for tomorrow. We figured all employees were equally wonderful! THANK YOU!!!!!”
“Out of all the rentals I have done this location was the best. The vehicle was ready when we arrived and the process was as it should be; simple and easy. The attendant was very professional and polite.
We did end up with a nail in a tire on the way back to Boise. I pointed it out to the return attendants. I was worried they wouldn’t take it seriously and just let the next person who rented deal with it, but to my relief the attendant marked the window with the issue. Pretty confident they will get it fixed.”

I bought a new Jeep that needed services next door. I made an appointment to pick up the rental. Although they were busy, they were quick with each group. Jordan helped me in the beginning. I let him know my line of work and he found a vehicle that had a little more height than what my original reservation was for. That was very kind of him and he didn't need to do that; but he did. THANK YOU! I only told him because I was worried about how many miles I'd be putting on it driving from site to site. I had to extend my rental length because my Jeep wasn't done after a week. I called in and spoke with a lady, it was quick and easy. Returning my vehicle I had a friendly, tall, gentleman check it back in. He was fast and enterprise provided a wonderful experience despite having a frustrating time next door.”

“My wife and mother flew into Las Vegas on November 4th and we got there at 2:45 pm and went down stairs to pick up our car. We were standing in line waiting to get our car then this woman came over and got the employee's face and started yelling at her she did not deserve that and I thought she handel it well. Bit other wise even after all she went through she was still good to my wife and I. I did not get the employees name but she was great.”
