Caped has done nothing but make mistakes on my account. They dropped my automatic bill pay and told me I had to set it up again myself. Then they started the auto pay again on their own taking double payments. They applied a credit refund to my payment so that it was applied to interest instead of all coming off my balance. Then they took the the March payment in the middle of February.And not one person I spoke to could tell me why any of that happened. Then there is their new "branch offices" with no tellers. You just are expected to do your own banking without any help from a teller.They were good back in 1981 when I joined. But I can't wait to leave them as soon as I get my card paid off!Update: It's been a week. Nobody has followed up yet.....Update 2: 3 weeks now and the only thing I have seen from Caped is that they tried to take next months payment in the middle of this month. Fortunately I had my current credit union block them.

This has to be the least convenient bank around. Please reconsider before choosing this place for a loan. They make you jump through a lot of loops and pay fees just to transfer the money you got from them out of their bank. Small max amounts on transfers, fees on wires (plus they make you do it in person), and overall unhelpful. We went in and they are trying to make us wait 10 days to transfer the money out. There are too many better options out there to bother with this place. I learned the hard way, but you don't have to.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Anthony Ayala at CapEd for his amazing work in helping me with several transactions this past year. We no longer have access to a local branch office, but we have no issues with conducting business with Anthony’s assistance. I would recommend Anthony and CapEd for all your banking needs!

Phenomenal customer service and support! Anthony Ayala and Lindsey Jebb are superstars! I now reside in England and needed to close an IRA/SEP at Cap Ed and have the balance wired through Wise (formerly Transferwise). Lindsey was kind enough to pick this up when a colleague was off. The paperwork I was initially sent was not quite right. Lindsey stepped right in and corrected the document and resent to me along with additional information and documents to complete to close the account and also to wire funds. She explained everything to me and worked through the time zones with me. She then let me know that Anthony Ayala would be helping me with the wire.I had a few issues with the routing number and intermediary bank. Anthony actually spent at least 30 minutes on Skype with me to get this wired. Unfortunately the wired was rejected as my Cap Ed account had my name, then initial and last name and the transfer wise was a bit different. Anthony came through again for me and we wound up transferring to another bank. The issues with Wise (formally Transferwise) were very frustrating but with Anthony’s help this has been resolved. Anthony followed up daily with the wire and with me until we could figure out what I had gotten wrong.I must say both of these CapEd employees have been very patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional in every phone call and email and followed up on every detail until this was resolved. 1. Added insurance to our loan and although I have uploaded proof of insurance AND taken it into the branch you still have not removed it from the loan balance. Goes to show that just like the big banks, quick to add the money you want to take from us but slow to return the money you owe.2. Sponsorship of the Pride parade with a children's drag show, we will be looking to take our business elsewhere, even if it means paying a higher interest rate.

I had to call CapEd today to have some funds released. I spoke with Anthony and within just minutes he had all of my issues resolved. It's people like Anthony that make CapEd a great bank.

I have been trying to help my 19 year old granddaughter open a checking and savings account through Caped. I thought and she thought it was all set up, however there was not an account number or email available. I called in and Anthony answered the phone. He was so helpful identifying what the problem was while still maintaining the confidentiality of the account for my granddaughter. Between he and Bonnie, they had us all set up! My granddaughter is happy and so am I. I love being a member of a credit union that will go the extra mile for it's members to problem solve and communicate! Thank you Anthony and Bonnie!

I came here to ask some questions and everything is locked and I log in to get in, but I wate there for at least 30 minutes and no one comes out to help me. Just ridiculous! Can not believe what's going on with Idaho.

This establishment makes is extremely difficult to work with do not do anything with them.
