This company treats customers like complete trash. I will never conduct any type of business with CapEd ever again. Good luck getting anywhere if you have any discrepancies with them as you will never get a returned phone call and you'll never be able to speak to a human on their automated so called customer service line.

Got a divorce and tried to refinance my truck to remove the ex wife’s name. My work pays for my truck and no money out of my pocket has ever been spent. Automatic payment for 3 years. Over paying my loan amount for 2 of the three. I got denied for a refinance. Payment was going to drop almost 300 dollars yet… I can’t afford the payment. Yes… you all heard it correctly. I cannot afford a loan for less than what I currently pay?!?!?Switching banks today and will never loan or bank with cap ed again.

I've normally go the one on Linder and McMillian instead but since this one is closer to work I've had to use it a few times instead. The way the tellers treat you is completely unacceptable. YOU DONT EXIST AND THEY DONT CARE!! I'm in the customer service field so I get if you are having a bad day. But I've had the misfortune to experience this on more than one occasion. If I were you and you want to be treated like I don't know a SOMEBODY then avoid this branch and take your happy face to another branch where they have customer service skills and can be professional.

Just walked in, said my card wasnt working, gave me new one, entered in a new pin, and then left. Didn't sign anything n they didn't ask for ID. Their security isn't that tight at all. Wouldn't trust this place.

Contrary to every review I’ve read, the service I received at this branch was great! Claudia was very friendly, and extremely helpful with getting my auto loan paid off and closed. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Visited 5-6 times to get into safety deposit box since my husbands passing. They give us different requirements every time.Transferred our property easily, this is last and only problem. Might i add we have been clients over 50 + years - Not much longer.Calling to speak to a human is impossible or hold time 30+ minutes. Their recording even says you will not speak to a “human”.ICCU is so much more “human” friendly. JUST SAYIN.

Terrible banking practices. If they do a loan for a vehicle and they require proof of insurance, you can bring it to them over four times and they still won’t except it.I’m not even sure why they have employees anymore. Everything is basically a giant ATM.Specifically, the location at Meridian in Overland.Even going into the branch multiple times they offer zero help.

Read the reviews! No welcome, no smile, no good! Rosie coughed the entire transaction! If you are sick stay home! No communication on time or what is going on! A simple transaction takes 15 minutes! Come on mgr Katlyn! Do better or get a different job!

CapEd is not the same anymore. It's a cold hearted, machine ran Credit Union now, not the warm welcoming place I signed up with 15 years ago.I've been patient, but they really have been terrible to work with since 2020. With no visual drive to improve, and the multiple headaches, I will be closing my accounts and won't be looking back.

While the customer service has been adequate trying to do any of my personal banking has been anything but convenient. One example: I have tried to deposit checks in the drive through (all automated) on at least 4 different occasions and had to go in because of machine errors. In one instane waiting an additional 20 min. In line.

Challenging if you ever need to get personal help. Have worked with them in the past for competitive HELOC rates but their service isn't great, it's pretty difficult to get through the automated call system to actually talk to a person.

Customer service is AWFUL once they already have you as a member. They've always done my auto loans, for years now, and nothing has changed or improved with their customer service. You'll never be able to get a hold of anyone. I just tried for a personal loan and got denied and the gal who is in charge of approving them was very rude and short with me and made me feel so dumb. Her name is an uncommon one, and unfortunately I don't remember it. Also, the day I applied for the loan, a fraud lock was put on my account and no one even bothered to call or email me about it, therefore pushing the loan approval process out longer than it needed to be. Anyhow, I went to Pioneer Federal and got approved no problem and they are always so nice and customer service is always fast and nice! I've done my personal banking with them for over 7 years and have had 0 issue's with Pioneer Federal Credit Union.

Honestly I loved banking with them till I ended up with fraud issues and they made it 10x more difficult than needed. And then as I was paying off all the extra charges on my account they processed a charge off on my account even though I was paying it down. Payed it all off by 55 days. Charge off happened on day 45. They didn’t bother communicating with me. Or care about the issues I just went through. So I’ll keep the account open just in case they try to pull one over on me, but I won’t hold my money at that bank ever again.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Recorded message doesnot give option for customer service so you have to listen for a long list of BS just to end up waiting for no one to answer the phone.
