“My friend has always brought me pepperoni when he returns from Boise. Today I got to go to Meridian Meat & Sausage and get some that was just made! The guys who work there are so friendly and they have lots of great options of meats and sausages. I can’t recommend the pepperoni enough! It’s just delicious!”

“This butcher shop here in Boise is as advertised……Get YOUR meat, not somebody else’s or mystery meat lol! We have taken all of our animals to them and the cuts are amazing as well as the price! Ill stick my meat in a freezer and wait for weeks to get into Andy and his crew instead of going to next available. Cannot recommend them enough! Pay the money, get it done right, these guys are professionals and craftsmans!”

“What a breath of fresh air. I had Custom Butcher & Smokehouse process 4 lambs for me and they did a wonderful job! Very professional. Not every shop knows what they're doing when it comes to lamb. I've used all the other shops around here at one time or another and I'll never use anyone else now. Reasonably priced too.To the people complaining about hair in their wild game. That's not the butcher's job. Try taking care of the meat better to keep it clean.”
