Trent Israel the assistant manger was great I had to pop in for a tire sensor issue and low pressure that was serviced poorly from another shop , they got me right in and took care of it without a charge and prompt service.Thank you so much I would definitely recommend for future.

My husband took his 2015 dodge ram here and they worked on it alright. They caused my husbands truck to get antifreeze in the oil to make a long story short We have only had the truck 2 years and now it’s done!!! Don’t take any of your vehicles here if you still want your vehicle to be drivable

I have my own diagnostic equipment I use and then I do research on the codes is brought up on the machine and the code was showing my car was having and Evap leak and when I brought my car in I told them ”it is an Evap leak” and the guy behind counter said “and you think that’s going to fix it” he said it in a rather condescending fashion.This is not the first time this has happened here, every-time im in here they seem to speak to me this way and I think im going some where else from now on.

My experience rocked! I was headed on a trip to Washington and found my starter switch only working intermittently at best. When called, Point S found time to put the switch in. They quoted a price. The final bill was less than the quote and they added a relay (?) switch just because it needed it. I will shout to everyone in need of mechanics..."Go to Point S! You can trust them!"

We have taken our cars here for repairs and tires for years. Zach and his team have always taken great care of us. Zach even jumped in to help from a distance when our daughter was out of town and had car problems. They are ethical and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Highly recommend!

Lost lug nut, cut the bolt and put shirt lug nut, said alignment can't be done due tires are. Ot per .anufacture size and gave car back. So why did you take wheel off and cut the bolt? Would never go back to this shop.

I would like to give a shout out to the guys at point s Meridian. I pulled in knowing I needed brakes and tires and something not right in the front suspension. They got me in and did 4 ball joints, brakes, tires, and alignment in record time. Beats the red and white guys hands down.Thanks guys

Got married and moved to Meridian, always hard finding a place you can trust for your vehicle. But I can honestly say, and with now 10 fabulous years of service, there's no better place to take your vehicle. Outstanding customer service, which is rare these days, treat you fare, and really like a friend or family. And a special shout out to, Austin and Trent, who are abousltly the best, thanks for always taking care of my wife and I!!!! If I could give more STARS ? I would.

I made an appointment for Saturday to have the brakes done on my 66yr old wife's f150.We drove a ways to get the truck there and when I got there they said that I needed to leave her truck for a few days.They didn't have us in their calendar.They took my name and number for the appointment when I called last week.Greg Burnell would have never treated customers like that. Specially handicapped ones.I do about 5k a year at les Schwab and have for 35yrs. I wanted to try a shop that was recommended to me by my son who takes his business fleet there. Maybe not anymore, after I tell him this story.The guy there asked if I could leave it for a few days. He said that he was backed up with other appointments. He said he had no record of my appointment.I recommended you try someone else.
