I had some Brighton earrings that broke. I took them in and they were so gracious to send in for repair. Instead, the company replaced them with a new pair. I couldn't be happier with the way Brighton stands behind their products. I have lots of Brighton jewelry, purses and accessories. It is my "go to" store for quality and excellent service in Meridian! The staff provides fabulous service and are immensely friendly and professional!

Love the store and all the ladies who are readily available and helpful. Stacy has been so very informative on the pieces and artist who design the pieces. Of course since I live in Meridian My favorite is the Meridian line. Her friendly attitude make shopping a delight in that store. The team and Stacy are awesome!

Stacy…maybe you should roll your eyes and make nasty faces AFTER the customer leaves. The moment we walked in you didn’t welcome us or say anything and acted like we weren’t worth your time. I have no idea why, we were just shopping around and having a nice day. Completely unprovoked. I cannot believe you have a job acting the way you did. Maybe it was the way we were dressed? I have no idea but what I do know is that it was bizarre and inappropriate behavior. Khiri was absolutely wonderful and helped us right off the bat. When you visit the store ask for her if you want friendly and awesome service. Go see Stacy if you want to feel like you’re back in high school with the mean girl.

Don't get me wrong i love Brighton jewelry and mostly buy online but for last minute gifts i have to go to a store.Every time when i go to a store just because i don't wear fancy shoes or clothes or have pounds of makeup on me it doesn't mean I'm not buying anything.Few of us walked in to a store but this lady made sure she said hi to everyone but me,but she remained me to sanitize "my hands "I also carry my sanitizer everywhere and i have just cleaned my hands when i came in .And just saying i was the only one to make purchase.Thanks

Shop online because the store never has anything instock. For years I've purchased from this location NO MORE! I bought online this year, and they gift wrap for free. It's worth paying $20.00 for overnight shipping so that I don't have to deal with parking at the village. At 9:30am 30min before the stores opened all the employees had taken ALL the parking in front of ALL the stores.Never going back

Terrible customer service. Tried to find something to replace an old piece of theirs and didn't even try to help- cheap jewelry, broke easy, and can't fix it OR find a replacement because it's an older piece (but we just bought it two months ago?) And I get that they don't carry it, but there was no effort made to even be kind.

Brighton jewelry at first is bright and shiny baubles, but they don't tell you is that it is expensive costume jewelry that tarnishs in a blink of an eye! If you are only going to wear it for a season and toss it, then this stuff is for you. But if you want pieces that last that you can pass on, then do yourself a favor and go to a reputable jeweler and spend the extra cash. I don't know how much I spent on this jewelry for my wife, but never again! Their chains are the absolute worst.

My daughter and I went Christmas shopping for a friend. Our friend said she's never owned anything made by Brighton so we were really excited to get her her very first Brighton jewelry. My daughter and I had our masks on and entered the store. We were immediately approached by a store attendant. She had hand sanitizer in her hand and reached out to me. I told her no thank you. She told me if I didn't use the hand sanitizer I couldn't shop. She was very rude about it and had a dirty look on her face. I was so confused and uncomfortable. I told her I had just used some sanitizer and had used it a lot today. We keep sanitizer in every vehicle we own and use it regularly. She made my daughter and I leave. I told her that was okay that we would take our business elsewhere. I've bought a lot of Brighton jewelry and purses over the years and I will never be a Brighton customer again. I've never been to a business that forced me to use their product or I couldn't shop with them. I don't know what kind of sanitizer she wanted to force me to use. What if someone is allergic to something in the sanitizer? Beware of places like these that are overstepping. I do not recommend Brighton.
