Went to this Boost store last weekend for a sim card with my husband. The RUDEST girl was working behind the counter .She had long, dark hair. Dark complexion, acrylic nails. We were the only customers in the store, the phone wasn't ringing and she treated us like we were complete idiots and we were wasting her time. My husband & I were so taken back by how rude she was we just wanted to go to another store. It was shocking. Will never be back to this location. This girl needs to be FIRED.

Girl at the counter couldn't figure out how to turn on an insurance replacement. She turned off my currently working phone and refused to turn it back on. My bill is paid, this is not how you treat customers. Now ill need to locate a boost store with relatively adept employees because this isn't the spot. Thankfully the BBB has a tendency to settle these matters expeditiously.

Amazing customer service by Leila was very helpful answered my questions and very knowledgeable was able to sync my contacts on my last phone and was able to get my contacts on my new phone with my google account. As well my kids are happy with there new phones as well. Leila thank you so much for all the work you did I appreciate it so much!!! Your the best!!! Thanks for helping out my baby brother getting his iCloud account on his new iPhone I know it was a bit difficult but you know what you were doing! And for the lady visiting from California please let the manager know how you were rude with this lady and threw in her face that in CALIFORNIA you don’t pay for the SIM card or activation fee she was professional and explaining to you that you were going to be charged. You were upset because you didn’t get it your way sorry to say but here in IDAHO we customers pay for our things even if it’s a SIM card. We were customers being helped not friends horsing around and taking this young ladies time. Thank you once again Leila you have been so helpful and the best!!!

Visiting from California and needed to get a SIM card for my son. The lady working the closing shift was very rude. She was cussing and reminiscing with friends when I entered the store. I waited 15 minutes to be waited on while she talked with her friends. She was very unprofessional. I did not catch her name but she had dark hair, not to tall, acne.. is all I can remember of her description. She did not attempt to help me in any way and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve been with boost mobile for 6 years and I’ve never had an issue with staff or customer service. This young lady needs to be trained properly.

I got a new iPhone for my birthday and was able to set it up for the most part on my own but I was having a hard time accessing my LTE network. I ran to the store nearest my house.The guy working the counter was named Noah and he got me fixed up in record time. Glad he had the expertise and was so quick, kind and helpful.

I chose to not get a phone plan here. However if I ever do switch, it'll be to this carrier. The staff was very nice and very convincing as well. I appreciate how they didn't push it on me. They just explained everything thoroughly and politely.
