This is the third time we have used Blind Source for our home and we couldn't be happier. This last job was what I would call a difficult install too, since we had them put shades up for 3 skylights in our loft, not an easy one, tight quarters, and it gets very hot vey quick!
Patrick and Danny our Installers were on time, professional start to finish and we are quite happy with how our latest job turned out.

Our experience with Blindsource was very positive. Amanda was extremely helpful when selecting window coverings and the installation guys were great. We are happy with our selection of window coverings and Blindsource.

Our experience with Boise BlindSource was fraught with problems for over 10 months. Our builder recommended the company and we liked the good online reviews. Because of that, it’s surprising how poorly we were treated.
To summarize, we would not recommend Boise BlindSource to anyone for the lack of communication, incorrect orders, lack of transparency and invoicing, difficulty making payments, and overall poor customer service. Eleven months later, we still have mismatched wands on our upstairs blinds.
We usually don’t post online reviews, but when we shared our frustration with Boise Blind Source in July of 2024, they didn’t acknowledge our situation or respond in any way. The message that we don’t matter to them has been clear.
Again, we would not recommend Boise Blind Source, and hope by posting this review we can shed light on this ill-managed company and save others from having to experience the same frustration. You will find more timely service, better communication, correct product, and be treated with dignity if you go elsewhere.

Amanda Campbell and Danny Marley helped us with getting a great deal on our new vertiglide honeycomb shade for our slider. It’s exactly what we wanted. It feels very solid and well built. It’s incredible how much light it blocks. Tyler helped install our vertiglide and did a great job. Highly recommend these guys!

We love blind source! We some blinds break in our home and called blind source to help us. Gina came out to show my wife different styles of blinds and what would work in our space. My wife want to see some of the blinds and how they work in person so she went to their store and was able to look at several styles of blinds. They came today and installed. They were clean professional and efficient. We had an amazing experience with Blindsource and would recommend them to anyone needing to replace older blinds or if you have a new build and need blinds throughout your home.

We love the finished look that the shutters bring to our home. They provide a beautiful finished look to the entire house. Everyone we dealt with at Blind Source made the process seem so easy from beginning to end. All personnel we dealt with were very knowledgeable, professional and on time. The installers also did a great job. They were quick, friendly, and did a beautiful job installing and cleaning up after them selves…. everything look beautiful! We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

My wife and I just relocated from CA to Star. We purchased a new home and needed window treatments. We chose Blindsource based on the recommendation of our real estate agent.
Amy came out to do our initial estimate. She was nice and efficient and gave us what we felt was a very reasonable price. We would have to wait about three weeks for the blinds to come in after ordering. We were OK with that.
We got a call yesterday from Mark, the owner, that our blinds were in and he was able to schedule the installation for today, which was very nice. I did not get the name of the actuall technician and his assistant but they were very good and it only took about an hour to install about 9 sets of faux-wood blinds. We are very pleased with the final result.
Just a heads up when ordering blinds: make sure you know on which side of the blind you want the wand. And let the person giving you the estimate know.

We have had such a wonderful experience with the Blindsource team! From the first call we made, the team made our experience as seamless (and painless) as possible! This was our 2nd experience with Blindsource and as the 1sr time, was seamless from start to finish.
We wanted to match the shutters we originally had installed & complete the look of our guest bedroom. Blindsource came out & measured the windows - gave us an estimated install date — to our wonderful surprised, the shutters arrived weeks early and were installed 2 days later. Installers were clean, efficient , and friendly. Definitely recommend Blindsource to everyone

We love our blinds from Blindsource. They did a fantastic job listening to our needs and helping us sort through all the options. We could not be happier with the cellular shades we got for the master bedroom. They are blackout, which is already helping us sleep better and give the privacy we needed. The color they recommended goes perfectly with our wall paint. The owners Nicole and Mark Wilkins are amazing and are running an excellent company. We would highly recommend them!
