If I could give zero start to this place, I would absolutely horrible super mismanaged. they would not even waive anything for me even though I had injury had a doctor note all they care is to make money out of you.

Really disappointed after being a member for over 5 years.Maintenance & keep up on facilities, saunas, etc.The sauna is disquieting the same trash has been in there for 6 weeks now. So that means they don't even hose or clean that area, can you only think about how many germs and stuff is growing in that area. HUGE PETRI DISH

Lots of machines and plenty of space to move around. I appreciate that they have some arc machines in addition to ellipticals. Also plenty of treadmills. Definitely a nice gym at a fair price.

I freakin love this gym. Everyone is really great and helpful… no judgement from anyone. It’s refreshing. I’m also obsessed with skylar. She is a boss and one of the nicest, welcoming people in there. ❤️❤️❤️

The gym itself is awesome! It's huge and has literally everything you could possibly want. The kids club is basically a fenced in area with toys on a hard gym floor. It's pretty sad looking, actually. It's fine if your kids are older but I wouldn't recommend for young toddlers/babies. When I went to pick my kids up after my workout my 1 year old was sitting on the kids club floor crying, and there wasn't an adult helping him. The only adult/staff available there was at the front desk of the daycare. When I walked in to get him she said "he's only been crying for like 10 minutes!", but I would have appreciated someone helping him, or a text for me to pick him up.We liked the gym itself, but ended up cancelling our membership because we didn't care for the kids club.

I am here nearly every day, greeted with a smile and a *good morning*. The facility is always clean, and the staff is always happy and friendly. When I leave, I'm acknowledged and told to have a great day and *see you tomorrow*. Great atmosphere.

I love this place, the free weights are awesome, the machines are almost always in good working order, everything is clean, and pretty much everybody is pleasant and respectful. If you're in the market for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Eli! I'd been lifting for a couple years before I met Eli and kind of stalled out, but he helped me IMMENSELY with my form and my entire relationship with the gym has changed. Highly recommend Axiom and specifically working with Eli!

Update: Went to Axiom Fairview gym (music level drastically lower - really really nice). Axiom Meridian feels like a dance club downtown in comparison. I'd bet there is a 20 dB difference, which is huge. Planet Fitness was really nice too. Owner says contact GM via email, already did prior to review with no response after 2 weeks. Here is an Idea, get an iPhone app and go measure it for yourself instead of trying to minimize/dismiss the claim of an engineer by replying about ambient noise. ALSO, WHAT KIND OF ARGUMENT IS IT THAT MUSIC ISN'T LOUD WHEN GYM IS FULL, which is what you are basically saying. I wish there was a nicer gym in Meridian/Boise area similar to LifeTime fitness found in Texas. // original post I have been a member of Axiom going on 26+ years (was Gold's before). For the most part of all those years, things have been really good. Nice place, nice people. On Saturday, July 29 at the Meridian Axiom around 7:00 PM, the following exchange happened: I approached the desk person and requested he turn down the music a bit. It's rather loud and 90%+ of customers have head phones on anyway. He replied, music is fine (of course it is, no speakers at Front desk where he was, speakers are 60+ feet away above where I was lifting weights). I replied, the music is loud enough I can't hear music in my headphones. (funny me, I like to listen to MY music while lifting YOUR weights, NOT interested in listening to YOUR music while lifting YOUR weights). He "quickly" replied, I have no issue with the music (for the second time now this is about HIM, customers don't count I guess). I replied, Well, I have an issue with it. He responded, I can't do anything about music. Front desk clerk has no business being a customer facing employee, he was self-centered, zero manners, zero class, zero perspective. I hope this can be address so I don't have to explore other gyms.

I'm trying to get my son's Self Direct to pay. He was approved, but Axiom neglected to tell me to cut his check to Idaho Fitness holdings, not AxiomReusing to give me their EIN for a w9 to get a new approved check to pay them.

Loved that there's a women's fitness room. There's a large variety of equipment to choose from. The place really needs to be cleaned a lot better but overall I had a good experience. The supplements they sell are way over priced though.

It's a horrible experience when you call and have questions and you can't get through because their phone isn't working and they don't know why and you're trying to cancel a training session so you don't get charged but you can't even get through on the phone. That's exactly what happened to me and their phone was not working for hours and hours one day and they just said oh sorry not a big deal but it's a huge deal when involves your money!

They charge you EXTRA charges and don't really care if you notice it or not because they're going to take your hard earned money happily and if you signed up online like I did, be careful because I hit submit two times because it didn't go through the first time and then they charged me double everything for the first few months!

When I signed up I honestly was excited but then realizing that the commute was just too much I tried to cancel my account and was charged extra multiple times throughout the time I was with the gym and had to call and deal with that and deal with their multiple mistakes but then when I cancel my account I'm being charged extra and having to deal with even more mistakes it's definitely turned into a huge Money Pit -that is just not right.**** let me add that I tried to reach out and the email I was given was not correct then when I called back to verify the email I was told that they're working on the email and that I have the right one and then after me reaching out again today I was told that the email I was given by two other employees was not the right email again.
