"5 stars! I recently visited the AT&T Store and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions about their plans and devices. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. I was in and out with a new phone and plan in no time. Highly recommend this store for all your mobile needs!" The new management is awesome!

Go to the store on Eagle Road. The person said he couldn't do anything and then when we went to the other location the representative explained it was because they don't make commission so their boss tells them to turn most people away. Franchise stores suck compared to corporate stores.

Went in to upgrade our phones, watch (preorder) and add on a watch line as well. Only one person was working (Marcus) so we waited about 45 mins which was fine. We are finally helped and place the order for our new phones and watches and paid the sales tax. Told we would receive an email with everything on there and our delivery date was in a week. Charge paid in store shows up on my credit card and when checking the app they did not up grade my phones or watch but instead restarted me on a 36month contract with phones I already paid off and a watch that was bought in full years earlier. Called AT&T and after 40mins on the phone he did not process the order for the phones and only processed it as I was starting a payment plan on my current devices. This is the second time we have had issues at this store. I would avoid this place at all costs when preordering any device and save yourself the headache.

Easily the worst experience I have ever had switching companies. Aaron the manager is the single worst store manager I have encountered in any business. He single handedly screwed my account up and caused major issues. hope you find someone that can better manage this store. t week since I am driving past there.

Horribly incompetent coupled with poor customer service...I sent my daughter to this AT&T Store which is 45 minutes one way from our home. Marcus the associate at the store didn't look at our whole account for the available upgrade and charged $155 for an early upgrade on my line without the phone needed to trade in on an early upgrade. Then I called my daughter on a conference call with a call center CSR and informed Marcus to cancel the early upgrade and that there was an available upgrade on another line on my account. My daughter was then charged tax and an upgrade fee for the upgrade on the available line. As she was walking out of the store at approximately 7pm she noticed she hadn't been refunded the $155 for the unused early upgrade. She went right back and was rudely told to come back when they were open even though she had just been in the store and no refund had been processed when the mistake was addressed. When she got home she was receiving all the text and calls for my son's line as well as for her line. My son is active duty military and was on duty at that time and was getting none of the calls and texts from his unit. He had no service on his line. Over the last 16 hrs I've spent at least 6 hrs on the phone with AT&T. In the same 16 hr time frame my daughter has been to that store twice and a corporate store once. The store that did the upgrade refused to refund the $155 saying they couldn't process the refund when the call center CSR said that they could. This experience has not only been a huge inconvenience to me but also my son and daughter. It has also affected our ability to communicate with my little sister and her husband as she has been admitted to the ICU after her chemo and stem cell transplant. This experience has brought into question the service reliability advertised and paid for as well as the company's integrity.

I can not remember the guys name but he was super helpful and was able to do exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Even though he was by himself and really busy he maintained a positive attitude and was willing to help me and others. Awesome guy and his humor was on point with mine! Awesome experience!

Going in for a new phone feels a lot like buying a car. I never really look forward to it. But the employees here made it as painless as possible, and helps me upgrade my phone and make some changes to my account for the better. I did end up having to go back because they gave me the wrong phone, but they made it right, and I walked out of there with the phone that I wanted. As far as the cell phone store goes, I give it two thumbs up!
