The customer service in store was good. We like the mattress we bought but the sales team pushed us into buying a $300 box spring even though we didn’t need it. Now we are trying to return it because it is still in the box and we won’t use it. They refuse to return it - which is not something they warned us about in store.
I think overall the experience was okay (I wish I would’ve purchased online for more control of the situation and more upfront information) - the sales team could study up on the terms and services a bit more because I think they may have been giving incorrect information to make a sale. When we mentioned that we wanted to return it the sales representative told us to sell it on Facebook marketplace.
We also placed an order for a couch, which was delivered in time but the wrong couch configuration was ordered by the sales rep. We wanted the exact configuration in the store and they ordered the opposite configuration. The sales manager has been helping get the correct one. He let us hold onto the wrong couch pieces.
After a month of waiting we called to get an update and found out he didn’t place the order for the new couch. No explanation - I am 8 months pregnant and they are expecting a delivery date 1 week before my due date. Hopefully it comes on time.

So disappointed! I was with my 70 year old Grandma trying to get a table (that was obviously heavy) and when she went to go ask someone for help to bring it to the front the man looked at her (Richard) and asked why she couldn’t pick it up herself. Not professional at all and would recommend any other store but this one!

We visited the Meridian, ID store where we received excellent service. Kadie was our sales person and was super helpful. We have a small living room so options are limited but she was able to quickly find dims for the different items we were looking at and was very knowledgeable on what services the store could offer. Any questions we had that she was unable to answer herself she was very prompt in getting us an answer from the store manager. It was a very pleasant experience.

Kadie was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us. She wasn’t pushy; instead asked questions to help us narrow down our choices. We went in looking for a couch set & were able to find something beautiful that fits our budget.

First, Caleb really went beyond great customer service. He hunted down the items I was looking for even on his day off. He made arrangements for me to work with Raymond who then helped to find some coordinating pieces and worked with Katie to get me an amazing discount. I honestly could not be happier with the customer service and the results!

I bought furniture for out living room. One day a piece of wood fell out of the couch. That is when I realized it had been broken since we got it. That is why one of the cushions never sat right. I went in and asked if they could help us get it fixed. They said NO. Not sure what to do with my new broken couch. I never buy extended warranty because I expect quality when I buy "good" stuff. I guess my expectations were too high.

The purchase experience went well, but I have had trouble getting in touch with customer service. I have spent too much of my time trying to contact someone. I can't get ahold of anyone at the store or online. I will have to drive to the store to get the information I need. Unacceptable.
UPDATE: Two years later and still having trouble with customer service. I made an investment in living room furniture with them and have regretted it ever since. From the local people to all the disconnected departments on the regional level, they will give you the runaround. There is no one to take responsibility or help you. I will never do business with them again.

Raymond was great to work with. My wife and I visited the store and he was helpful in narrowing down what would work with us. We left to think it through and came back a few days later. Raymond was able to customize what we wanted and gave us a great price for the sectional. Appreciate the work he put in the assist us and will go to Raymond in the future for our home furniture needs

We came into Ashley furniture with some specific items in mind. Raymond helped us. He quickly understood what we were looking for and offered valuable insight. We moved quickly through the store, everything he showed us were pieces we liked. He didn’t try to upsell us and the check out process was smooth!! Would recommend??

Absolutely Horrific. We purchased insurance and if we didn’t claim anything we were told we’d receive a credit. We have called for weeks asking about it and getting told we’ll get a call back. Five times this has happened! Five! And the last time I was told “it would be a priority” and we would get a call back Thursday. It’s Friday and not a thing. We just bought a new house and using the Ashley home store app picked out a sectional, bedroom set, and patio set. $3-$4k. Not any more. Fed Up
