Caught an employee trying to take my bike when they stepped outside, whatever is going on there needs to be addressed and taken care of because your employees are not creating a welcoming or safe environment for customers.

Went to the hot case to get some food and the kid in the flannel shirt working the fryer puts a finished batch of chicken in a pan, brings it over and manhandles the chicken with his bare hands putting it on to of all the real old looking chicken. Wonder what he does when no customers are 2’ in front of him watching. I can’t do bare hands on finished food. Disgusting. This was on 4/27/24

Would not recommend online ordering. Very unprofessional and a lot of training needed for their employees. I dealt with a kid named Nick that would clearly be better in a different job as he had no customer service skills. He doesn't even know how to answer a phone, confirm parking spaces, or complete the details of a pick up. It was ridiculous as this seems like the basics of a very easy job.

Great customer service at their bakery! I wasn't happy with the original cake, but it had already been paid for and taken home. So they decorated a new cake on short notice (which looks great by the way) and sold it to me with a heavy discount. I really appreciate it.

I shop here often. Great staff! I left my wallet behind yesterday and they had it locked in their safe waiting for me. Even had the cash in it! Thanks so much!!!

Super frustrating experience this evening. Weeks ago, we were told that the first Saturday of every month, there is a discount for veterans in store. So today, my boyfriend and I came in and confirmed with the employee that today is the discount day. We then got everything on our list... $200 worth of groceries... and we go up to the register, where the same employee THEN tells us that this store doesn't actually do a veteran discount. Beyond frustrating, and I feel like we were taken advantage of... employees shouldn't be telling veterans that they get a discount on a specific day if no discount exists.

I go here on a regular basis - genuinely never had a problem with anyone that works here, everyone is great to talk to & be greeted by! That’s not always true of stores. I’ve also never had a real issue with items being stocked (outside of the occasional pandemic ?). Everything is always clean & organized too.

We placed an online order after a friend posted the Albertson’s ad on her Facebook showing the deal on soda. It shows the buy 2 get 3 free and you can place one order for Pepsi, one for Coke and one for 7 Up. We placed our order without any troubles and got a call that we could only do one. I explained to the store rep the ad shows that’s per brand and he just got more rude. I posted my experience on the Facebook page and others posted they didn’t have this issue at all. This Albertson’s continues to get worse and this to-go representative was just rude. I would rather spend more money at Fred Myers and not have the rude people.
