!!!!!!!Truck drivers !!! They gonna take 5h-8h to unload you, if you have chance not come to this place, please do that, it's not worth to spend and waste two days for unloading your truck.

I think they have changed. App 9:00am, check in at 8:15am. Have a door immediately. Unloading began at 9:35am, finished at 10:50am. 22 pallets. Pay lumber fee $262. Got paperwork at 11:30am. All done! No overnight parking. You can park in TA, 10 miles. Or parking in Sinclair 15 miles. Nice people at check in office and receiving office. Many others drivers leave in 3 hours. Good place!

The old security guard at the door is a disrespectful and unsympathetic man. Working there makes him uneasy because his peers travel with rv’s and have holidays, but this clumsy man is unhappy working there and shows his unhappiness by behaving badly to the visitors who come there. I hope you spend your whole life as a security guard at that door.

They want you to arrive on time (not earlier than appt and not later).But they unload my trailer 6 hoursThis company doesn't know how to work. such consignees should be avoided.

Idk why this place has such bad reviews bc I had a great experience there today.Our appt was at 8 am, checked in at 7:30 am. Was given a door right away and was unloaded and out the gate within an hour.The security guy at the shack was very nice, the guy at the receiving widow was nice, and the lumpers worked fast.They do have a sign in the guard shack that says please refrain from using profanity, be a professional. So they must get some real class acts come through there and that's why their wait is so long, idk.But our was all the way good experience for us, in and out in about an hour.

First one here. Checked in an hour early for my 4am appt. Was the only one here for over an hour, They then proceeded to take almost 3 hrs to unload 6 pallets and another hour to send me the lumper.

Horrible place to work at and certain people get special treatment even though they don’t make their numbers. I was there 2 years and saw so much bullying and harassment it was disgusting. And they have no idea what cleaning actually is. That place is disgusting and should be closed
