I shattered my phone far beyond repair while on vacation. When I got home I Got a replacement just to find I had no available backups to restore my data. My carrier recommended 360 Wireless to install a temporary screen so I could access my data and back up my new phone. Seemed easy enough, but Richard quickly found out my destroyed phone would not stay on longer than 3 minutes so the transfer would not complete. Richard did not give up! Even down to putting my broken phone in a freezer and also using an air compressor under the screen to keep components from overheating. Despite the odds against us, Richard didn’t stop troubleshooting and found a way to save all of my data. He is a miracle worker!! Do not hesitate to trust these guys with your phone repairs!!

Extremely kind and helpful and knowledgeable and helped us get the best deal on only what we needed and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell or anything like that.
Richard was our tech, and he went out of his way to make sure we understood how to use the phone and got the perfect model for our needs (not more or less than required). He took the time to very kindly go over every detail of our request and provided superb customer service. Very impressed - and very appreciated. You've earned our loyalty.

Needed a new phone as my battery port in my old one broke. They 1st tried to save me money by offering to clean the port, just in case. Walked out with a Google Pixel 6A for a lot less than I would've paid at the Verizon Store. Thanks Brandy!
