This pharmacy is the lowest of the lows they literally looked me in the eyes shut there curtain and took there headset off with out a word I waited in that line for 30 minutes and didn't get a single answer from them . My daughter has epilepsy and needs her medicine and now she has to go the night without it! This is unacceptable please use a different pharmacy if possible these people should all be fired!!!

I have been a very loyal customer of this business location for 15+ years. I understand every company goes through ups and downs over the years. I also realize that the current generation of employees is not the best, causing staffing issues at some locations. In the last year the customer service at this location has plummeted beyond belief. Every month there are new faces in the pharmacy. Every month they are having supply issues with medications that people desperately need. One of the medications that I have taken daily for 27 years they have not had in stock for over a month now, and can not say when or if they will ever be getting it in again. It's a medication that I absolutely can not go more than 2 days without taking or it will cause some very serious health issues for me. On 10/3/2023 at 3:36pm a lady called me from the pharmacy to let me know that my prescription (different medication than the one discussed above) was ready for pickup. The first time they have called with that service in over a year. During the phone conversation I asked about a second prescription I had, she looked it up and said it was also ready. I let her know I couldn't make it in to pickup them up that day, but would be in on 10/4/2023 to get them. She said ok and that she would make a note of it in the system. At 7:30pm on 10/4/2023 I pull up to the drive thru window to pick them up. The lady at the window said they had nothing ready, then after looking said they didn't show any valid prescriptions at all. She then claimed that my Dr had cancelled the prescriptions in 6/2023. I will now be transferring all my prescriptions to my backup pharmacy in hopes of never having to deal with the extreme lack of customer service that I have gotten from this location for the last year.

Horrible Customer Service. Tried calling numerous times, and every time I got through after being on hold for up to 10 minutes they would just hang the phone up. Walgreens needs to evaluate the Lewiston, Idaho location.

I really like this Walgreens. The people who work there are super friendly! The pharmacy people are always super busy but they are very nice and helpful. This store has everything I needed!

The lady working your pharmacy drive thru needs an attitude check. She had absolutely no manners, kept slamming the phone down when I was answering her questions, and was so unhelpful. I didn't even get my prescription because she was so rude.

If I could give zero stars, I would! They are rude, incompetent, and take forever!!!! Do not go here. Go to local pharmacies, they are way better.

Awfullll! Waiting an hour for a flu shot and was first in line at 9am. Not to mention pharmacist wears mask below his nose and other techs don't even have a mask on. Huge mistake to get it done here!!!!! Go to Albertsons or anywhere else!!!!
