I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joha Grant at the Verizon store in Lewiston, Idaho. From the moment I walked into the store, Joha provided me with instant attention and assistance. He patiently addressed my concerns about certain charges I had questions about, taking the time to explain everything in detail and putting my worries at ease.Furthermore, Joha provided valuable insights and recommendations regarding hotspot options for my cell phone plan, ensuring I made an informed decision that suited my needs. He went the extra mile to explain my current cell phone plan, making sure I had a clear understanding of it.Overall, my experience at the Verizon store was exceptional, thanks to Joha's expertise and excellent customer service. My iPhone stopped charging while I was out of town.....I really did not want to invest in a new phone until I returned home. Despite hours of trying to file an insurance claim, I also did not know my last Apple password (biggest pain in the a^* to change that password -- especially if your phone doesn't work -- Apple really needs to provide a better option). Nonetheless we went into the Clarkston Verizon and was helped by Rylan, who actually works at the Lewiston store, but was helping in Clarkston that day. He suggested a charging pad, and it worked! This was the cheapest and quickest alternative and he could not have been more helpful, pleasant and professional. If you need help from someone who is practical and not a "pushy salesman," ask for RYLAN!!!!!!!

The kid that waited on us was great. But as I sat and watched other employees think they were bullish to an older lady that came in, my temperament quickly got mad. This business needs to remember" the customer is always right". These are younger adults and need to learn respect.

This location is great very helpful and every time I go in there they are friendly and they really care and try to help you as best they can. This is a super helpful store and lots of helpful friendly staff! Highly recommend this store.

I paid for a watch when I upgraded to the iPhone 14 pro max. And JOAH said i did NOT so when I called to get my watch they said. I still owed 56$ for it when I got it for the PROMO for 10$! And the service fee would be applied to my bill. I told them to take a look at their cameras because I paid 124$ CASH for my watch and phone when I upgraded. He insisted he had no access to the cameras. He the. HUNG up on me when I said. I don’t want to do business with JOAH because he stole 21$ of MY MONEY and lied about me setting the Watch up.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will be calling Verizon corporate.
