Wonderful bank, easy to set up appointments and specifically Stephanie who helped me set up and maintain the estate account following my fathers passing. She is so sweet, she made the process easy and was incredibly helpful with any questions I had. Thank you !!

Got ripped off at this atm when my account was not credited with 2 checks and cash I deposited. After calling in my dispute the 800 # wouldn't connect me with anyone and kept disconnecting my calls until I phoned from a different number. I'm still waiting

I went there to set up a checking account so I could have a separate account from my FNWCU. I had help from Stephanie and she was great. She was interested in what was going on in my life, asked me many questions and of course she knew my father! She made sure she answered all of my questions, and even followed back up with me to make sure everything was good!

02/24/2022- A teller by the name of Stephanie, and her manager (will call her Karen) for no credible reason whatsoever, put a second hold on a check I deposited two weeks prior that cleared and in my account when I came in. I went in there, was polite, handed her my ID and a filled out withdrawal slip to which Stephanie responded with the question "where did the check from February 22nd come from?" None of her business but I obliged and gave her an answer. After which she sat me down, and started calling the originating bank. Again, the funds have cleared and were available in my account by the 22nd of February. I sat for 15 minutes while she "worked" until she came and told me that it would just be a few more minutes while she contacted the originating bank at which point I asked for my ID back and left figuring I'd just go to another branch where there was a decent, non prejudice teller to help me. Checked my account and the funds from the cleared check vanished. I don't know where they went or why this woman felt she had the right (and reason) to do whatever it was she did to take my money out of my account, and I can't get an explanation from the customer support line or get ahold of a supervisor of any kind. This little story has been shared with the Federal Reserve Bank's complaint department and is being investigated. This was an act of pure prejudice and incompetence which isn't in any way legal.
