Stopped in to drop off a return Amazon Package. It was boxed but not taped which only needed 2 pieces. The clerk said that would cost me $.50 cents for two pieces of tape and included labor. I thought what for 2 pieces of tape. The box was secure extra... never had this happen before. Clerk was Rude. Beware I think UPS is under new management.

How is a UPS store where working people have mail boxes only open from 10-330 on Saturday and closed on Sunday? Makes absolutely no sense.

Terrible, just terrible! So far they have lost 2 of my packages. They tell me that my packages aren’t there and that UPS and the USPS scan things delivered when they really haven’t need delivered. I waited in line at the USPS to have a clerk look up my tracking number on the GEO tracker and sure enough, my parcel was scanned AT THE UPS STORE! The clerk said they’ve been having trouble with this address. When I told Ann that the USPS can see where a package was scanned she was very skeptical and said she didn’t think that was true. I worked for the USPS for many, many years and I know the scanners have GPS. At the very least they could just admit that they lost 2 of my packages (Christmas gifts) and reimburse me. I will be closing my box there, I am sorry I ever trusted them to handle my mail.And the kicker…. I called today to check on the status of my missing parcels, Ann asked me to hold and then hung up on me!

Oh my goodness ... Zack's customer service is EXEMPLARY!!! He is a keeper - his people skills and friendliness will take him places in his career. (Choose wisely, Zack!) I am a retired supervisory Park Ranger, but if I was still working, I'd totally steal him away from you...LoL! :)
