James Patton I believe was the name of the disservice representative that didn't listen to me and was constantly up selling (Expletive deleted) I didn't want.He also lied about price matching wheel alignment with les schwab. After nearly four hours of my time wasted I had to argue with him to even get the safety issue that was my main reason for coming in to get a free software update and 90,000 mile basic service.Hundreds of wasted dollars and hours later.If you think anyone appreciates your chiseling sales people in this (Expletive deleted) economy you've got another thing coming.(Expletive deleted) rogars, (Expletive deleted) James, and (Expletive deleted) Lewiston. I'll drive to any other city within a two hour radius of me. (Expletive deleted)

Last March I traded in my Subaru Crosstrek for a Rav 4. I was pregnant with my first and we needed something a little bigger. Ryan Lemanski helped us. He was so easy to work with. Very honest, patient and gets you the best deal possible. Unfortunately, the Rav 4 was a bit small with a car seat. So, recently went back to Rogers just to “look”. Ryan got us an amazing deal on a Highlander. Very roomy fits my daughters car seat with tons of room to spare! I will only be buying future vehicles here, and definitely telling others to as well!

They sold me a lemon and within only one short year my 5k equity turned into 2500 in the hole. Beware of there used inventory. Mine had a rebuilt engine and I didnt know.

I worked with salesperson Isaac Wilkerson and Jacob Covey and negotiated a fair purchase price and trade for a new 4Runner they had coming in. I live in Olympia (6 hours away) and searched all Toyota dealers and contacted most from Bellingham to Eugene and Kalispel to Lewiston. Rogers, specifically Isaac and Jacob, were two of the best to work with. Unfortunately the vehicle was not going to work for our family and options are limited nationally so we were not able to finish the purchase. However, my experience was that good to leave this review. Transparency and kindness is something you think would be the standard in this type of business, but let me tell you that is a rare thing to find and found at this dealership!

Class act dealer here. I leased A Tacoma Off Road about a year ago and had nothing but great experiences the entire time. Free services, free car washes and they call me to remind me to bring it in (Even though it didn't have enough miles on it). Test drive whatever you want as many times as you'd like. I spent several days checking out a lot of vehicles and not one iota of pressure from my salesman. Quite a different experience at another local new car dealer. Toyota isn't my favorite brand but I'll buy my next vehicle (Toyota) here again Because of the dealer... and the prices are competitive too

We did business for the first time in Lewiston at Roger's Toyota. These guys are top notch. We had Kyle Hoffman as our sales person and he was amazing. Tentative, quick, friendly and really did a great job for us. The dealership had to work hard for me and trade two of their vehicles for the one I wanted out of the Seattle area to make it work for me. They went the distance and we are grateful. I would highly recommend them and will be doing business with them again!

My sister bought a 2019 Sequoia with supposedly 45 miles on it that came from Canada. She has had multiple problems including rodents when her car was on the lot waiting for service. They did not think they were responsible for repairs. Buyers Beware!!!

Cannot recommend Rogers and David Bradley enough! I’ve wanted a Toyota Highlander for a long time and he was able to easily get me into a brand new one in my price range with no hassle. I can honestly say David and the Rogers team have gone above and beyond to get me my dream car. Thank you!

i had the best experiece buying my Rav 4 today. The staff at Rogers Kerrie Johnson, Jeff Courtney and Treavor Yardley, plus others were professional and extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
