I purchased a 2011 Dodge Durango with a trade in. The durango broke down almost 30 days from date of sale. I had it towed in to their service dept (since that is where I bought the new-used vehichle from). The water pump blew. Chris at front desk in service department was my go to person and a huge help. I spoke with Toby Stewart (service manager) and he reassured me that they would cover the cost of fixing it. They replaced the waterpump and thermostat. I was very pleased and would recommend their service department for future repairs and servicing. Good team they have. Thank-you so much for all you did. Much appreciated!!

Best experience I’ve had at a dealership in years bar none. I was having battery issues in my truck and called my dealer in Spokane that told me it would be over two weeks before they could get me in to check my battery. I was needing to go down to Lewiston the next day anyway so I decided to contact them. They said come on in tomorrow morning and we will take care of you. Not only did they check my battery they were also able to get my fuel filter changed while it was there as well. Communicated well and took great care of me and my truck.

I left my car at the dealership and expected professional service. My adult daughter picked up my car after the repairs were made. She was packing an infant baby carrier and the service manager walked her to the car, opened the door and chatted with her. This partially blocked her view of my car parked between 2 other vehicles. She drove it to my home and another family member followed her with no problems. When she arrived we discovered a large vehicle had backed into the rear door. It was dented with missing paint. I immediately called the service desk. This is what I was told:1) Your daughter must have done it. (If someone backed into my car we would contact the responsible party's insurance company.)2) When I asked them to check their cameras, I was told they didn't have any on the service lot. They only kept cameras on the cars on their sales lot out front. Another words they only protected the vehicles that they owned.3) I asked if they could check their vehicles and see if they could find any white paint transfer or new dents on bumpers. I was told they had a lot of vehicles with dents and rubbed paint marks.4) I was then told to send in pictures and they would get back to me.They never returned my call and I am angry at their lack of professionalism. Customers have zero protection from accidental damage or vandalism. Everyone should BEWARE before you take your car to any ***** dealership. Take pictures before you drop it off and do a full inspection when you pick it up. The ONLY reason for them to not have a camera on the service lot is to avoid responsibility for situations like this. This is a newer dealership so not installing cameras was a choice to protect their liability. In the very least they should have disclosed to me that I assumed all risk by leaving my car on their lot.

The service dept gave my 2018 Chevy Silverado an oil change and changed the airfilter. Truck runs strong again. And the did an immaculate job washing it!

They do great work but the only issues are they are usually out weeks, which is understandable, but second, and very annoying, is that we called over and over again, left messages on multiple occasions, but our phone call was never returned. We actually had to take time off of work to go down to the physical location to get any service.If my wife hadn't purchased the vehicle from them we probably would have went with My Mechanic in Lewiston. They always answer the phone.

To the mechanic(s) that took their time to get the job done perfectly? Thank you! If anyone wants superb service done right, go to Karl Tyler. They're honest and fair. We will never go anywhere else for our car buying and service needs... Kudos to you all!!

Lyn and Alex really stand behind their clients and don't pressure you into buying and our dealings with other staff was very pleasant ...would highly recommend Lewiston Chevrolet in north Lewiston they get the job done right the 1st time...thank you guys for a job well done ?...
