BEST NAILS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!! The lady who did my nails was so rhythmic and did a full set in 45 minutes, she was so friendly and did amazing!! I’m so happy and will definitely be coming again!

It's a very nice place to go...I tend to get ingrown toenails on my big toes...I've lost them many times from being smashed by things..very understanding and gentle but get the job done...

I went to Star nails for about 2 years, my manicures were never consistent. The art work was fair, but nail shape and conformity were never the same. I was paying too much, to continue with sub par-service. I also got tired of hearing them badmouth other customers.

Terrible!! Sloppy! Didn't listen to what i want. Shorted and squared them?...so disappointed...bumpy and on cuticles..took 15 minutes for $25. I am from Tacoma and would NEVER go there again!

I was visiting from Utah. I know I am spoiled because my salon at home is exceptional, but I had several local references. The nail artist was very friendly and charming, but I was disappointed no one in the area did the dipping powder. The gel work was good but not up to par to what I am used to at home. But I did hear they were one of the best in the area. Very nice people working there however.

I never leave bad reviews places, but the man who did my nails did a poor job. I'm not sure how to post photos here but the gel polish was bumpy and all over my cuticles. It was a sloppy and rushed job, he was clearly in a hurry. I went home and decided to call and ask if they could be redone or something. They said "come in and get a refund," "you can come now or whenever you want" is what they said. So I drove all the way there, which is not super close to where I live, and they told me they needed to remove my nails for a refund, and that they had to do 2 other people's nails before they could do that. It just felt like they were punishing me for wanting my nails fixed after a bad service. Today is also my birthday, it was a shame this happened. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I felt a little stuck as to what to do about this situation and they were pretty rude from the beginning honestly.Services: Manicure

I've been going there for about a year and I think they are great. The people are very nice and my nails always look awesome and they last a very long time.
