I went in today for an upgrade and Monica was amazing! She was patient and efficient, informative, kind and funny. Everything went quickly and smooth until we had a hiccup with the old phone not wanting to transfer but Monica went above and beyond and was so patient! I hope that girl stays there forever. Also, way cheapt than att, better customer service and the same or better mobile service.

Good home internet but sources are stating from a leaked document that T-mobile is gonna force migrate all plans to the new expensive $$$ plans. Opt out on the 17th.

My iPhone stopped working and after receiving no help from T-Mobile phone support I went to the store where Josh spent well over 1-1/2 hours helping me get my number working again. He and the staff there also stayed late to ensure that me and the other customers there all left with working phones and numbers. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of. Very busy store, but excellent service and great employees.

Josh and Ben wen above and beyond to help our family and business get the perfect plan and devices. You guys were amazing!!! Being a brand new customer, I cannot rate the products but the customer service and time dedicated was A+ and making the transfer was easy with their help through every step right down to porting, set up and even putting on screen protectors for us. Thank you!!!!

They stayed open an hour after close to make sure everything was working properly with our phone service. Not only did they get the issues sorted, they were pleasant and professional. I just want to say thank to Josh and the rest of the crew for going above and beyond to get all my information back!I spent Friday from 9 am until after 2 pm trying to get a phone transferred to my new one. There were problems both times the first time I hit the wrong button, totally my fault. Caleb was great to work with but had to leave, so another employee stepped in. The wire transfer failed before it finished because one of the phones died. I expressed that I couldn't wait any longer and asked if I could come back Monday to finish the transfer as I was leaving for out of town. The employee said yes, that would be fine, and he wrote on a sticky note and put it on the phone. What he wrote, I have no idea. I asked what time they opened Monday morning and was told 9am. I said OK I'll see you then. Come in Monday, nobody knew anything and no note anywhere. They finally find my phone get it plugged in to find out it had been wiped all ready. So I lost thousands of photos of my children and contacts, etc. Nobody could even tell me why it happened. There were no managers in the store Monday to talk to either

I've been with you guys for awhile now, I went in yesterday early afternoon to pay my bill. I've always set up a payment plan. I called T-Mobile last week to set it up always paid 100.00 every 2 wks, they said I already had one set up so that's when I went in to the Lewiston store yesterday the man insisted I didn't have a payment plan which I later found out I did. But he gave me no choice said I had to pay the entire 242.00 to turn phones back on. 1st of all at that time our phones were still on. And like I said he also said I didn't have a payment plan set up which was not true either. I ended up not paying my bill cause I could only pay what I've always paid the 100.00, he didn't even try working with me just said sorry if you don't pay the 242 than there's nothing I can do. I'm not happy at all with the t mobile store very unprofessional and it was like he had no clue about my account.

I can’t say enough good things about the team in Lewiston. They have gone above and beyond what I feel they should every time I go in. They are all incredibly nice, professional and knowledgeable. With this team I will be with T-Mobile for a long time.

Will be in a conversation and put you on hold as you’re talking. Told something different and now we are paying for a whole new phone even though that wasn’t the deal. Especially since I wouldn’t have paid for a new phone when I had just got a brand new phone.

T-Mobile offered a good plan, went in signed up. Was promised by the young man I dealt with that my bill would be 108.00 per month. 1st bill I received was 138.00. Went in to straighten out the problem only to be told the cheapest they could get it to was 112.00. I agreed to pay this amount. That was fine for 1 month and the next it was back up to 138.00. Went back in, got it straightened out again. Was fine for a couple of months until I added internet for 25.00 per month. Was told my bill would be 137.00 per month. I have had to go in 3 times now to get this fixed only to be told my bill will now 142.00 per month. T-Mobile seems to have difficulty honoring their promises and prices. Will be contacting an attorney to mediate this issue. Avoid at all cost.
