When I first tried to bring Sparklight service into our new house, I was informed that there was no cable on my street, and they would send the plow crew to put some in. I had to go with a wireless ISP. To my surprise, a tech knocked on my door to inform me the cable was in place and I could resubmit my order. Then they found there was no drop to the house, so they referred me to the drop crew. Very shortly after that , they were there to trench it in. Everyone was polite and efficient. It turned out to be half the cost and twice the speed of my wireless service. All around a good experience and superb outcome.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I was in town trying to settle the affairs of my mother who had passed away a couple days earlier. When I went into the office to close her account I was told they could not help me unless I provided a death certificate to prove she was dead. Is it this companies belief that people go around joking about their mother’s death simply to turn off their internet service? Who do you think you are.

Had to switch my service from one house to another and I was able to setup the whole appointment from my phone via a chat with a customer service rep. No phone call necessary. The rep even gave me a loyal customer discount, which was a huge help.Then the technician, Leon, came out to install the new modem and he was very polite and helpful. He helped me hide the modem out of sight in the closet and he even helped me tack the cables up out of the way. Thanks for making it easy.Nathan

In a weird location. Best Internet in the valley bar none. Pricey but good. My only complaint is really that I've had connection issues at times.

We got our Internet set up today! We were super excited and a little confused but our technician was very helpful and efficient! He got everything done in a timely manner and stayed around after for any extra questions or to see if there were any connection issues. Thank you so much Leon B! You made us a very happy household! Tried half a dozen times to have the cord that was hanging in my front done people keep promising and they’ll send someone they didn’t spend three months. Also I was promised $100 gifts certificate for being a new member in November and I called and they said no we don’t do that well, the sales person told me That when I signed up, customer service has been notified six different times on my problem, and they all promised the same thing that Lewistin will take care of the problem but hasn’t sad service

I called in one day recieved service the next day, very accommodating, Leon was very knowledgeable and found the phone problem created by a equipment upgrade by Dish net. Now everything works as it should
