Property manager was extremely rude.
We were never provided a code before arriving from out state.
We arrived on a Sunday so the office was closed, I had to call the after hours number to get the code.
Open finally getting in the gate and opening our assigned unit, it was not the size promised.
We were forced to store our things elsewhere at a family members house for the sake of getting the U-Haul empty on time the next day.
They still insisted on charging me “admin fees” that were “impossible” to refund even though they really let me down moving all the way from Montana.

Fast, courteous service and very flexible about setting up my payments for my storage and the new manager is heads and tails. More friendly than the previous manager which made me feel really good and I know that the stuff they're stored is safe. No one can break in. You have good security. Thank you again. Thanks to the doctors who spent their money to help us in Lewiston have a safe place to keep our stuff

Prices are ridiculously varied. Paying $20 more a months to be 4 doors down on the same building. There are also mouse droppings through out the storage units

Super impressed so far! We got their last trailer storage spot. The people in the office were incredibly helpful, couldn’t have been nicer. The place we’ll keep our trailer is very nice as well.

Very polite & nice. Was done in what seemed like ten minutes. I remember thinking when I was leaving, that was to easy. I have had more trouble ordering fast food!

My biggest complaint is that I could have had the unit cleared out by the 3rd but they charged me the entire month. They do NOT pro-rate at move-out. So if you can’t be out by the last day of the month, plan on paying for the entirety of the next month, even if you’re out by the 3rd.That’s a very poor way to do business, in my opinion.
