“This storage company is the absolute best, and Ken, the owner, is one of the most gracious and understanding people I have ever met. I rented a unit five years ago from Ken, and he has always been great with communication and flexible with payment methods. He is consistently helpful and kind when I talk to him, even when I have huge asks, like helping my friend access my unit to move my stuff out because I'm stuck across the country. My friend had no key, but he was willing to work with me and her to get her access to the unit so we could make our scheduled moving day. Ken is absolutely the best person to rent from. Recommend him absolutely. On a scale of 1-10, he is a 10+.”

“This is a very secure place to have storage there's tons of cameras gated entry and exit fairprice when you type in your keypad code it reads your name which I thought was pretty cool so they definitely know who comes who goes and how much if something were to happen there I would feel very secure that the perpetrator wouldn't get away”

“I have been doing business with 16th Ave storage for 17 years and they have always been nice and polite. t doesn't matter if I call them on the phone or just show up because I am in town.And in those 17 years I have never had a problem and anyone breaking in and taking anything. A few years back I was in town and stopped to check on thing and clean things up because over time dust does settle on things and the management was so nice that she said I could move to a different unit if I wanted to to start with a clean unit. and she never charged me anything extra. And since I started doing business here the price as gone up once and it was just a couple dollars. i would recommend this place. I give the 5 STARS.....”
“I moved back into lewiston from Cottonwood over the weekend a s the gentleman working on a Saturday offered to stay open an extra 15-30 minutes to allow me to fully unload my uhaul so I could return it on time and get everything I needed off the truck. Amazing!”
