The rooms were nice enough. The person making our reservation was not very helpful. This hotel is very bureaucratic. There were too many screw ups to mention. Matt at the front desk was helpful. It was way too expensive for not offering breakfast.I would not stay here again.Btw, the shower is very slippery.

Two previous stays were good with no issues. This stay, however, my disabled parents booked a room and were put in the second floor. They alerted a staff member of the mixup and their inability to access the second floor due to there being no elevators. Staff had them wait about an hour while they cleaned a downstairs room. Not a problem.Upon getting to the room, it was void of the sleeper sofa(rooms are advertised as sleeping four), coffee table, and dining table that has been in the rooms we previously stayed in. When we asked about the missing furniture the staff became rude and told them that it’s just how it is on the ground floor and literally told my mother that they have already “bent over backwards” to accommodate us(?!) They did bring a little card table to put with the dining chairs that were somehow still there. They also told us that there hasn’t been furniture in the downstairs rooms for two years. We just stayed in a fully furnished room on the ground floor a couple of months ago so I don’t know why that was said.No discount or apologies were given for not having the number of beds. Completely ridiculous. The rooms are big. There is no coffee maker (or drinking cups). The staff is rude. The room didn’t have the sleeping space advertised.Apparently accommodating disabled people is “bending over backwards”.We will stay elsewhere.

I liked the rooms when I first got in to mine but found a lot of electrical problems scary but dealt with it. Then on our last day there we was discussing whether we wanted to stay one more night we had started talking loud over the ac and fan in the bathroom and someone called the police starting was was fighting physically but wasn't and the kicked us iut

Not bad accommodations. Clean! Hot water. Good TV service. Reasonably located in Lewiston, so being from out of town makes bit easier to navigate around.

Firstly, there is no check in desk at the Seaport, you have to go across the lot to the grand. After we got checked in, we found our room to be dirty still. Stained sheets, garbage in drawers and on the floor, an entire eco system growing in the coffee pot, and loads of dust everywhere. I trudged back across the lot and got a new room. (The one nice thing I can say was that the front desk lady was quite nice about moving us and called in a request to check rooms for cleanliness.)Well, the new room was barely better. That coffee pot was still unusable and the toilet had to be fixed by my husband multiple times during out two night stay.Honestly terrible and I highly recommend looking elsewhere. TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!

Just checked in. First room was completely filthy. Stained sheets nasty coffee pot tissue in the dresser I could go on. The good is they changed our room the bad is it barely improved. The Seaport is across from The hells gate grande hotel this is also where you check in. There is no staff at the seaport. In fact there's a sign that says dial 0 for any assistance except there's no phone avoid this side of the hotel like the plague!! The other side looks fairly well put together.

You know it is what it is its spacious and cheap. Got a King Suite and room was huge! Not really updated but it was 100 bucks. The curtains had stains and holes in them. The phone didnt work because no service to call and bed had a big old dip in it so back wasnt great the next day other than that its ok. The only eerie thing is that someone was trying to open the door and scratching on the door went to open it and nothing there??? Haunted?? Idk but spooked my wife lol

The hotel is very nice and clean. At the rear of the entrance they have a old ticket booth in mint condition, I love old! The rooms are very clean and spacious with a full size refrigerator. The walls were ckean and had no bad smells. The bathroom and closet area private like with a wall as to not wake up others and give like a private changing area. It's very quite I side and outside. I would definitely stay here everytime as it's very affordable well.

Large spacious room, pet friendly, clean, and great quality for the cost. HOT. The AC did a terrible job, although it was a record heatwave for the area (108 today) so it's almost expected. Still, can't be comfy in a room that's in the upper 80s.5 star EDIT: there was a vacancy downstairs so they let us move. MUCH better! If you visit in a heatwave, don't go upstairs

Housekeeping was poor; they didn't clean, the carpet felt gross. They would come in to change sheets once a week and swap out towels and garbage bag twice a week. There was a visible gap between the wall and the A/C that sunlight and drafts came through. The key card stopped working randomly about halfway through my stay.Staff was very friendly and courteous.

It is an old hotel but it has been kept well. We were impressed by the size of the room (15x30?), we got fridge, microwave, hair dryer, TV & a good size shower-room. We were very pleasantly surprised. Price? Not bad ($102)

No elevators. Kinda getting worn out. Look out the window on torn worn and tattered awning is not a great impression. It sorta has a dusty smell to it too.Staff was nice. Rarely there.I did like the shuttle service they provided. You have to stay on top of them on that service or be late for your business meeting.I would not personally rent this. My company did and I thought I was going to the parent motel. I was so disappointed. It was spacious, nice mid-sized refrigerator, microwave and included an iron ond board so you looked sharp for your business meeting.Room service is ONCE a week, trash is on Friday's only.Shoot for the moon end up in the stars, only if the rocket makes it out of the atmosphere, not sure this one even made it off the launch site!

If I could give it a 0 I would. I am travel many places and all over the world. This has to be the worst place and worse customer I have ever experienced. After 10pm no one works at the front desk. You have to walk over to the next hotel to check in. Once I checked in, I had a room with 2 beds. both beds had BED BUGS, the bathroom was dirty and I immediately contacted the hotel to cancel my booking. Since no one works after 10pm I spoke to a staff member at Hells canyon grand hotel. they were very nice and helpful.Seaport refused to give me a refund. they did not apologize , they did not call me to see how to fix the situation. I checked out and went across the street to Hells canyon grand hotel. I am currently still battling with getting my money back.

Great room. Nice sized in room kitchenette. Microwave also had oven features. Comfortable bed and couch. Jacuzzi tub was great. Kept getting really long wavy hairs on me, I assume it was from house keeping or previous guests. I have a pixie haircut.
