I love this salon! I've been getting my hair cut by Hope and she does a fantastic job, plus she's wonderful to chat with. It's always nerve wracking finding a new stylist for a pixie cut; Hope has been great and I'm so happy I found her. The salon itself is beautiful and really calming and relaxing. Highly recommend this salon, and Hope especially!

I had a custom facial with Chloe and it was amazing. I have never been so close to falling asleep in a facial before. She uses just the right amount of pressure - gentle yet firm. I loved the warm towels and the massage. It even opened up my sinuses. The cherry on top was the post facial glow. Thank you Chloe!

I had an Ahhhhhh-mazing facial with Chloe this morning! Wow! It truly was more than just a facial as Chloe also massaged my shoulders, neck, and head. (It totally helped me relax as my resting heart rate was the lowest rate ever for me!) The facial portion had *just the right touch*…..not too firm but not at all wimpy! Chloe gave me some wise advice on how I can take better care of my own skin.I definitely will be back to have another facial from Chloe! Thank you, Chloe!

It was my first time here and it won't be the last. I absolutely loved being able to connect with Natalie and the experience was amazing! I love my Ombre Powdered Brows!! The staff are welcoming and it's beautifully decorated. They offer refreshments as well. Highly recommend Rooted Salon + Spa.

Rooted is SO great! This was my first experience with them. I booked with Allison, as I only needed to get a haircut, and she was so amazing. I was going from long to medium/short, which I was super nervous about, but she was so patient. She talked me through what would be changing with each move she was about to do, so I was confident with it. I also asked about pointers on styling, she told me all the tricks! Allison and the team were super sweet and conversational as well, and I didn’t mind the pricing at all. I couldn’t have had a better experience. It has been almost a week now and I am still so in love with the feel, weight, and especially look of my new hair!!Service: Haircut

I love Morgan at Rooted, I originally came to the salon for a keratin treatment a couple of years ago. During my initial visit, I was impressed with her attentiveness, knowledge, and love for hair. She listens to what I want and performs! I always feel revived and confident after leaving the salon! I would trust her and anyone else working at the salon to color and cut my hair. In fact, my niece is now going to Allison for hair color! My niece and I love hanging out at the spa's new location in downtown Lewiston. I lived in Manhattan for a year and Rooted takes me back to being a trendy spa in the city. Not only is it inviting but so is the staff.I’ve also been going to Natalie for microblading and lash extensions for years, her skills and eye for beauty are on point.Lastly, I would recommend Kevin Murphy products to anyone who wants stronger healthier hair. This product is sold at the salon and it has worked miracles on my hair! The young again oil is my favorite! Thanks again Morgan and the Rooted team for all you do to make us feel beautiful!

My entire family has been using Rooted Salon's services since they opened. The staff is professional and courteous and always makes you feel comfortable. Got a gift card here as a gift for someone to get their hair done, it was accidentally ran differently and could not be used for the purpose intended. Make sure to specify when getting a gift card what it is going to be used for, otherwise if you are unsure I would not get one.
