On 8-21-24 I parked my Toyota Avalon at Rogers Toyota in Lewiston, Idaho with the intent to trade it in and buy another Toyota.
C. J Clark was so professional and knowledgeable of the Toyota cars that I looked at and he answered all my questions. His great service that day is the reason I did not go anywhere else to buy a car.
My Dad was Co-owner of Kendrick-Myers Oldsmobile, Inc. in Panama City, Florida and would have hired C.J. Clark because that is the kind of great salesmen my Dad hired.

Rogers Toyota does a great job with their service department. The work performed has always been done in a timely manner and the technician, Jacob Neate, completed the job in the quoted time frame. In fact, it was done sooner! Terrell was my service advisor and he was very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions. Kudos to both Toyota representatives!!

I’ve used many Toyota dealerships over the last decade and Rogers has given me, by far, the best experience. Our salesman “Sour” was amazing, we are so thankful he was the one to approach us and take care of our needs. He’s a wealth of knowledge and someone we will continue to work with in the future. The finance department made the final process quick, they were transparent and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made this part of the process simple and straightforward. Amazing team!

I always feel very well taken care of at Rogers! Top notch customer service. Last visit in Terrell did such a good job fast-tracking my car through service and wash, once he heard I was in a hurry. I almost didn't have a chance to do the work I had planned for my wait at the dealership.

Ryan Lemanski is the man! I found the truck I wanted online. Living about 1200mi away going to the dealership was not possible. I sent an email to the dealership and Ryan reached out right away. I asked if he could send pictures or video and almost instantly, Ryan was on the case. After getting my wife onboard with the new truck I gave a deposit and set things in motion. The entire team was very punctual and had the answers I needed right away. I had to get the truck delivered and they set that up for me as well. The small issues I had with the manuals and second key were handled very fast and without a bunch of drama. This review is for the entire dealership, everyone was great, but Ryan went above and beyond and I want to make sure he is the Superstar of the story!

Had an appointment to diagnose and fix an electrical issue. Battery was being drained by something. Josh found the problem in just a few minutes (light in cargo area) and set the light to come and off with the door. Very pleased with his expertise and many thanks to Blake Davis my service advisor.
